I have given this McDonald's 3 shot's to get it right. Back in the day I used to manage at McDonald's. The most recent visit which was about 2 weeks ago was the worst one yet! I waited literally 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker. When I tried to place my order they were out of Vanilla Cappuccino! The female employee her first initial was L. was rude and unprofessional. The previous visit was almost the same experience. I just moved here from Chicago and so I am not a regular customer at this location. My first time here I stopped to use the restroom and ordered a LARGE Vanilla Cappuccino and was given a small. I only order large ever. The male clerk was having problems at the register and appeared to be new. That was fine with me. I was willing to pay the difference for his under ring and wait for the Large. Since that day I guess his mistake was somehow MY fault. I only ordered one item it's pretty hard to mess up! Will never stop at this location again. Horrible training and even worse customer service! If they truly were out of Vanilla Cappuccino the manager should be terminated. Read moreI don't even know where to start with this, but here goes. Order two meals through the drive-thru. One chicken sandwich no mayo, and a two cheeseburger meal no cheese ( this is how the employees told me to order a two hamburger meal since there is no number). Waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru line, only to get the order and it be completely wrong. Had to go park and go inside where I waited another 10 minutes for them to replace the order. Go back outside only to find the hamburgers or still cheeseburgers. So go back in only to have them fix it again and it still had cheese on it, gave the order back, only for them to remake it right this time but hand the order out in the drive thru as they completely ignored me when I tried to stop them. So they made the order again and guess what it was wrong again. Finally the manager on duty (who was on break during this time) came in and asked if I had been waiting long? Gave her the cliff notes and she personally made the order herself and it was right. All in all I spent 50 minutes at this location. They made this order 6 times by the way. I presented them my code at the ordering podium, they took the code it went through saying code approved and then said well the code didnt work give me another one. I dont have another one for 15 minutes and Im not sitting at the establishment for another 15 minutes to get the food.. she wanted to argue with us saying well I need another code, maam we dont have one for 15 minutes. So we took ourselves inside and spoke with Heather, who said there was nothing she could do as THE MANAGER. That we would need to wait the 15 minutes for another code to generate to get our food. She did not want to communicate with us and proceeded to walk off without offering a solution.. this is now two instances Ive had with this McDonalds in 3 days. They are run very poorly the managers do not give two flying rats butts about customer service or their valued customers and it shows.
