I have been coming here since the day it opened. Iāve had a great experience up until about my last 4-5 visits here. Now when I get my coffee I never know what to expect because itās always wrong somehow. My one star review is because I came there on the 8th of June and got one of the drinks I normally get but when she handed me the coffee the cup felt very light. I wanted to question it then but there were people in line behind me and I couldnāt wait. When I got home I opened the lid to see my coffee was only half full. I tried calling the location to see about getting it replaced. Only found corporate phone number and got a voicemail. I came to leave a bad review and saw where others had been encouraged to email the company about the issue so I did that first. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your establishment in Athens TN. Today, I ordered a 7 Energy for $12.96 and the quality was far below acceptable standards. The drink has always been LIGHT YELLOW and today it was an unappetizing green. I always go out of my way to get a 7 brew. At least a 45 min drive and I go multiple times a month! I always get this same exact drink and itās ALWAYS $9 too! Today it was almost $13?!!!!
This is unacceptable, as the drink was not only visually unappealing but also tasted nasty and was ultimately inedible. As a result, I wasted $12.96 on a product that was not fit for consumption. I am very disappointed with the quality I received. I expect a higher standard from your establishment and hope you will take this complaint seriously.

As we rolled up to pickup the coffees, an eccentric male barista we have enjoyed interacting with before, was drawing a gross caricature on the pickup window of 7Brew, and he saw our confusion and explained it was of Charlie Kirk. He went on to laugh and explain that the man was ugly, dumb, and even demonic, and how much he disliked him, I believe he used the word "hate". We were so taken aback by his how he casually talked about his hate for this man while laughing. We stayed silent. He caught our discomfort and changed the subject. But I do wish I had told him how unprofessional that entire display from him was. Now I feel I don't want to go back. I hope this business will fix this so this does not happen again...hate has no place...
