I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I recently had with your establishment, Edgewood Pizza.
I placed an order for three pizzas through Uber Eats, expecting a delicious meal to share with my family. However, upon receiving the order, I was dismayed to find that none of the pizzas had sauce on them. This oversight significantly impacted the taste and quality of the pizzas, making them practically inedible.
Subsequently, I contacted Edgewood Pizza to address the issue and seek a resolution. To my surprise, I was informed that I should take up the matter with Uber Eats, absolving your establishment of any responsibility for the subpar product I received. This lack of accountability and willingness to stand behind your product is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the level of customer service your establishment provides.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the handling of this situation as it has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge fault or offer a suitable resolution have not only tarnished my perception of Edgewood Pizza but have also led me to question the integrity and quality of your business.
The lack of sauce on the pizzas not only rendered them unappetizing but also highlighted a severe lapse in quality control and attention to detail. As a paying customer, I expect to receive a product that meets basic standards of quality and taste, both of which were sorely lacking in this instance.
In light of this unfortunate experience, I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others and caution them against patronizing Edgewood Pizza. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and substandard product I received are clear indicators of a business that does not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold the standards expected in the food industry.
I implore you to take this feedback seriously and reconsider your approach to customer service and product quality. As a consumer, I deserve better, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution...
Read moreCame here while visiting Atlanta over the weekend. It was late night and we needed something before hitting up Sister Louisa's. Friggin love this place! Atmosphere and style are the most unique of any pizza place I've ever been to. It was a Friday night, so the tunes were blasting and the place was busy. Waitress shouted out to us to grab a table anywhere. Even though the place was slammed, she got to us in no time. I didnt catch her name but she was very nice and took time to explain some of the menu even though she was clearly slammed busy.
We got the Extreme pizza (supreme style) and an order of the cheese fries. It took a second but thats okay. It was packed on a Friday night and it gave us time to appreciate the place. The artwork on the walls is fantastic. Lot of mixed media and paintings, especially when combined with the eclectic lighting. Music was bumping hard, but it was awesome. Place had a party atmosphere and a ton of good vibes.
On to the pizza, there were 5 of us so we got the 18". It was FANTASTIC!!!!. That cheese! I don't know what the blend is exactly, but let me tell you, it was RIGHT! Pie also had plenty of flavor in terms of toppings, spice and quality house-made crust. Everyone in the party raved about that pizza, and other than adding a little red pepper, I didnt feel it needed any oregano or parm. It was that good. Fries were fantastic also. They came out hot and crispy with plenty of cheddar. They were delicious as well.
We're on a 5 star rating here, but I gotta say 10 out of 10 must do again. I am coming every time I come back to Atlanta. All factors are just right. Party Atmosphere with unique style and decor, awesome service - I really wish I could remember the servers name- she was amazing, excellent pizza. I love it. King of...
Read moreSo, my boyfriend and I visited this location while visiting Atlanta for the weekend and having cravings for some good pizza. The pizza itself was good but there were a few things about my visit that I was very skeptical about. 1. I noticed no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves which is very disgusting but whatever. Also, when we were eating, I was trying to get my server’s attention but she was busy. And being a previous server, I understand that there are moments that I’ll have to wait while my server tends to other guests, which was completely fine. But, I like to eat my pizza with ranch. So, I noticed one of the guys in the kitchen was interacting with another customer out in the dining area. The guy in the kitchen appeared to be drunk or high off something because I had to say “Excuse me” like 5 times and he couldn’t hear me even though I spoke very loudly and said it while he was standing right next to me. Anyway, when I finally did get his attention, I asked him if he could bring us some ranch. He asked if I wanted 2 and I said I would rather have 3. When I said I wanted 3 cups of ranch instead of 2, he said very rudely “Oh, y’all gonna have to pay for that.” Not that it was an issue that we had to pay for 3 freaking cups of ranch, but it’s like dang, this is how you treat your customers. If he was going to tell Us to pay for the ranch, a better way to say it would’ve been “Sure, I can get you the ranch. Here, we charge x amount of dollars per cup. Is that okay?” But, it’s as if he made us feel like peasants in his restaurant. It’s definitely not what you say but how you say it. And for the attitude he gave us, the pizza wasn’t THAT great. Our server was though. I wouldn’t recommend this...
