If you’re not in Phoenix, no worries he offers online classes which are just as good as in person classes. Being a practitioner of Biomechanics, he pays close attention to your alignment for a deeper practice. And is able to help adjust with cues, even online.

Read moreWe came here to try it out at the $5 Sunday class. It was a small group led by Catlin. It was a very pleasant well led class.
The studio was warm and inviting. There was plenty of room. There are windows to let in natural light and fans to help circulate the air. The class was very challenging but relaxing with a good flow. You can rent mats for a dollar. There is a kitchen where you can get water and tea which is a very nice touch. They accept credit cards. Parking is street parking which was easy to find on a Sunday.
