This was a great experience! They open at 10 and I arrived around 1:45pm on a Saturday. I know this spot has gotten really popular so I was just praying I could get in. As luck would have it..today wasn’t too overwhelmingly crowded so I found a great parking spot and walked right in just in time for the informational session. I had time to get familiar with the different herbs and tonics offered, grabbed a tonic just in time before they were all sold out, and ended up walking out after the session with a detox water and my nutrition plan for the next 30 days. All the staff members were helpful and friendly. All in all it was a very productive and informative experience and I’m excited to start my new wellness journey!

The Vitamin Lady Shop is located near the King Center. It is a very humble spot, but great for learning more about how your Blood Type influences your health, for getting healthy snacks, and minerals to assist with your Health Journey. If you're in the area Fridays or Saturdays, be sure to visit and learn more. I completed the 8-Day Cleanse and got minerals I needed for increasing metabolism and energy.

Always great place to hear about your blood type with foods you eat. The food is fresh and good. The drinks and snacks are excellent and the lectures of blood type and lectins you should avoid for your blood type are great. Grab a water for what your needs are it's a glass gallon jar don't toss return and pick up more when you finsh and you get a cheaper refill rate.

I just had a horrible experience with the Vitamin Lady. I was referred by an existing client and was never told that she only sees new clients on Wednesdays nor is it their responsibility to tell her store policies. Most businesses would post that pertinent information on their site and/or in a recording along with business hours and location, etc. I called before coming to make an appointment but the lines are busy constantly, this policy isn't listed on the website anywhere but inside on a black board above her counter. When I came in the store she was not friendly. In fact her demeanor was not pleasant or becoming of a business owner with a potential new client. There wasn't anyone else in the store but me and her and once I told her how I found out about her store, she then pointed at the sign above her counter and said she only sees new customers on Wednesdays. I said well I understand however, this isn't posted on your site nor is it on a recording when you call the business line so how would a new customer know this before wasting time to come here. Her response was that the person who referred me should have told me. Now folks! Come On! That is the most idiotic BS response ever! I really believe in supporting Black Businesses but this is an example as to why some of us choose to go elsewhere. This lady treated me like garbage and as if she is one the same level as Dr. Sebi, GNC, Vitamin world, etc. "NOT" !!!! I guess she thinks she has arrived with her business and is so successful that she can afford to treat people anyway she chooses too. Well I would not give a damn how knowledgeable she may be about herbs but she damn sure does "NOT" know customer service. I drove 39 miles one way in the rain to be treated like this. I hope that this review finds her and helps her to get a grip on how to treat customers. Especially one that is geared towards mostly African decent customers trying to support her! "Attitude will determine...

I was referred here by a friend who recently visited and knew holistic health is my thing. I will say she wasn't wrong! This vitamin/herbal shop was an experience. From the moment I came in I was greeted by one of the associates and she was delightful. She gave me a tour of the facility and asked me what my blood type was.

The owner of the shop's philosophy is eating and healing yourself by your blood type. They even offer blood type kits so you can find out in-house what type you are. From there the owner gives a 10 minute lecture for each blood type on what you should be ingesting or any common ailments we may be challenged with and remedies and advice. She will leave you a list of foods that are beneficial, neutral, and those to avoid that may leave you inflamed internally. She was spot on with some of the ailments she listed so I knew she was well versed in what she was sharing.

She offers a detox kit as well as gallon water jugs infused with minerals to assist you with your ongoing health goals. They also offer fresh juices that are absolutely delicious and some food options as well.

What I loved is you could notice some customers that were in the shop that she had built a relationship and probably have been coming for months or years. She seems like a true pillar in the community and definitely helping hundreds of people a month feel their best through the power of herbs, minerals, and...

Today was my first and last visit. I was very excited to get my blood test done and any additional services she offers after seeing some videos on Instagram that went viral. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience anything because of the poor planning of this business.

The establishment opens at 10 AM Thursday through Saturday only. I arrived around 11 and to my surprise there was at least 15 to 20 people inside the store alongside people waiting outside in the heat. I was greeted by a woman at the door and told there was a two hour wait time! They took my number down so they could call me when they were ready for me and I was only given a 20 minute time frame to arrive back at the shop. Upon arrival, I was then informed (after asking over three times for an ETA) it was going to be an additional 45 minutes to enter the store and start the process.

I was very excited for this experience today, but will not be returning until I hear that she has timeslots that you can book. I am not comfortable getting my blood drawn by someone that does not have an ā€œabout meā€ or her credentials posted online. I also do not like that her services are done in a group setting (aka alongside strangers) aside from the actual blood draw. I thought this was going to be one on one, healthy learning experience and was...
