My wife and I decided to try this restaurant during our recent visit to Atlanta. When we arrived we were surprised to find that that the building itself was not well-maintained. Most of the lights and signage were out on the exterior, and only half of the sign near the street was lit. It looked nothing like the images depicted on Google. We went inside and were seated. The waiter was very impatient, and would not give us time to properly order. I attempted to ask some questions about some of the menu items as I was trying to decide what to order, but the waiter continuously interrupted me mid-sentence to answer what he thought I was going to ask, and he did not take the time to actually listen to what I was asking. I felt very rushed by the waiter who was not at all attentive to answering my questions or taking my order. I decided on ordering the brisket. When it arrived it was extremely over-salted as were the mixed vegetables that consisted mostly of zucchini and a couple of broccoli florets. My wife attempted to ask the waiter to bring some bread to the table, but when she attempted to flag him down, saying “excuse me”, the waiter simply replied “excuse me” back to her and walked right past her. I also found the entrees to be grossly overpriced for the quality of food and service we received. For the same price I could have gone to one of Atlanta’s top steakhouses and paid for an excellent meal with...

Overpriced microwaved garbage. That’s the only way I can accurately describe the food that I was served on 1/18/20. Besides the food being on par with a Lean Cuisine, the service was the worst I have received in a while. My cousin ordered the $18.99 three-course shrimp meal, which was supposed to include soup and bread, two dozen shrimp with fries, and a slice of apple pie. Instead, he received no soup/bread, 8 pieces of shrimp with fries, no apple pie, and was charged $24.99? His girlfriend ordered pancakes with strawberries and instead received pancakes with fries? When we told the waiter that she had order strawberries and not fries, he promptly took the fries away and replaced them with strawberries but still ended up charging her for the fries? When we received our checks, several things had been itemized, making them more expensive than they were listed on the menu as. The bacon burger I had ordered, listed as $12.49, was rung up as a Cheeseburger, $11.99, add bacon, $3.50. So instead of being $12.49, it was $15.49. Mind you, I never even asked for cheese in the first place. When we spoke to the waiter AND the manager about the issues, nothing was done to resolve them. Instead, they said we had somehow confused the waiter causing him to put in the orders wrong. 10/10 worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. I would never return to this place or recommend...

Got breakfast from here. First off $10 for 2 scrambled eggs as a side is crazy,! Got the meat lovers burrito and side of potatoes. Only thing in the burrito that had any flavor was the ham. A piece of bacon fell out and that was the only way I knew bacon was on it. Eggs looked like they were microwaved in a coffee mug then mixed and tossed in with the ham and wrapped. The potatoes tasted sweet and tasted more like veg lomain then fried potatoes. My daughter got a sausage egg n cheese on a plain bagel and side of the potatoes. Well I told you about the potatoes already. So the bagel it was plain! I mean plain as in no color, flavor, n texture. It was just there holding the microwaved egg in place using the cheese for mortor. With 2 sausage mummy links for a make shift foundation. All in all a very well built sandwich probably stand up to a 6.0 earthquake. But tasted like it sounds, well built! My lovely wife had the stack of cardcakes. Sorry I'm still trying to say it right. She wanted just blueberry pancakes. She got strawberry pancakes. I understand the mistake blueberries and strawberries look so alike it can be hard to tell them apart. The maple syrup was good though so I gave them an extra star for choosing a good brand. Oh and it was an average of $25 a person. They got my money for the review, they won't get it again!

Go to Dunkin or...

Let's start with the location. It's in the intersection Blackland road which turns into Piedmont Street and Roswell Street. I was pleasantly greeted and instructed to sit wherever I would like. After I found a window seat, I was so surprised when I look at the menu and saw the variation of food that they had!!! unbelievable! I decided on the crab cakes and basic eggs scrambled with American cheese. Initially my scrambled egg came out with cheddar cheese very dark yellow I know the difference between cheddar and american. When I informed my waitress that this was not American, she said yes apparently that's what Our American looks like. She double-checked and saw that she did put an American on the ticket and place the playback on the table. Then she proceeded to ask is there anything else I could do for you. I said yes please take this plate back and ask for American cheese. She returned with American cheese iny eggs . I informed the manager of my experience and she was very apologetic. She made everything right. Also another waitress came and asked if was there anything that she could do to make my experience more enjoyable. Everyone was very apologetic and I will be back based on how they try to make it right. The Mimosa was ☺️

Came in for a little date and I didn't have good impressions with the aging appearance in the first place. My opinion didn't improve when our dated menus were just carelessly tossed onto our tables. Tables that smelled like clorox for about half our stay by the way. It was not a good start. The food somewhat redeemed the experience as the portions were good and quite delicious. My girlfriend says her BLT was amazing and I can say the same about my Texas Cheeseburger although it was a little soggy at the bottom. The Mozzarella cheesesticks were good as well and I would recommend it. This all comes with the caveat that the food you get is going to come out to 15+ and this was no exception with my Texas Cheeseburger which was the most egregious. I got upcharged an extra dollar for cheese that I thought was included in my burger and then an extra 4 for bacon. My server didnt tell me how much it cost and it wasnt mentioned on the menu. It's gouging to the max. I would avoid this place if you want burgers. I would avoid as well if you want their dishes or dinner plates as each one will cost you 20+ and even into the 30+ range and it is just not worth it for a place that doesn't seemingly care about its presentation.

Landmark Diner is connected to the Punchline Comedy Club. The diner is open 24hrs. Has that old school menu that has a gazillion things. Lots of nods to it being or having been a Greek Diner. There is gyros, spanakopita, dolmades, and a ton of other Greek delights. I would've taken a picture of the menu (cough book). I settled on the wings and chicken parm sandwich. Both came with fries. The fries were good, not seasoned or salted. The wings were not very meaty, a little over fried and not a really sauce wing. The chicken parm was underseason. The sandwich sat under a heat lamp because it was dry and the cheese not gooey. The bread underneath was toasted. The sandwich lacked cohesiveness. But let's talk about the shining stars...The cakes. Oh the cakes were rich and decadent. I tried the in house German Chocolate. This was partnered with the Tiramisu. Both authentically great. The lady fingers and coffee mixed with the mascapone...perfect. The German chocolate had a couple of dry bites, but still good. The staff was funny and attentive bringing drinks and checking up on us constantly. I saw a great comedian. The Punchline theatre/venue is a very cool spot.
