Cheryl and Doug have been absolutely amazing in helping us sell our home!

From the very beginning, they gave us great advice on how to prepare our house months ahead of listing. Our home is about 30 years old and while we've kept it in good condition, we never did major renovations to the kitchen or master bath. Cheryl guided us through affordable updates—bringing in a professional decorator to help modernize the look with updated light fixtures and finishes, helping us choose the right paint colors, and connecting us with a stager to make a great first impression.

Doug handled the pricing strategy and marketing—making sure the square footage was correctly listed and doing the research to price the home just right to attract the most interest.

Doug and Cheryl Graves were excellent partners in helping us find an amazing home. Having moved from the Northeast to Atlanta, we were totally unfamiliar with the area. Doug and Cheryl helped us understand the landscape of the city and allowed us to appreciate with neighborhoods would be best for our family.
