PLEASE READ CONVERSATION! I am appalled by the behavior I just experienced.

Yesterday, I called to ask if dermaplaning was included in their services. The woman I spoke with confirmed (in a rather rude tone) that it was. She told me not to book online and said she would handle the appointment for me. She confirmed the booking, and all seemed fine.

Today (Sunday), while I was at church, she began calling me repeatedly. My phone was on loud, so I quickly declined the calls to avoid disturbing the service. When I later had a moment, I checked my phone and saw the missed calls. After service, I called back to see what was going on and whether my appointment was still set.

To my shock, she yelled at me, saying I should have answered her calls, that she had other appointments, told me to “have a good day,” and then hung up on me.

This was my very first attempt to book a facial here, and I have never been a customer before. Based on this experience, it’s clear they do not value customers or their business. I highly recommend finding another place that treats clients...

So they apparently changed owners.. and let me tell you my experience. I made an appointment for an hour foot massage @ 8pm (the person whom I talked to over the phone did not speak English (it was a weird conversation). I show up at 7:45pm, and they put me in a room for a foot massage. They didn't start the foot massage until 8:36. I then started my timer - it lasted exactly 36 mins (from the time they came in the room to the time I started to put my shoes back on). When I say it was the worst foot massage I have ever received, that would be understatement. Seriously, it was AWFUL. They then proceeded to charge me for an hour massage. Also, as a side note, there was not a single other person getting a foot massage in the room. It was extremely sketchy and I would not be surprised if this place was on the local news about some "illegal" action...
