Who do we talk to to get a new owner in this place? I decided to go because I heard it was a black owned business so I wanted to support. BIG MISTAKE! I've been to many many Marcos and it USED to be my favorite spot until I visited this disgrace of a place. I don't even think it would be all that bad if it had different owners and a different staff. There is no structure at all? The owner im assuming is the little chubby guy with sandals on(because he was the only one dressed differently) who went around the corner to the drink station patrolling an employee to see if he was sneaking something to drink. Are u kidding me? The young employee looked as if he was working hard and needed to rehydrate himself smh worry about these long lines, worry about the cleanliness of your store, worry about the bad tasting pizza!!! Swear your own kind will do you worse than someone else......there was also a frail caucasian older lady who seemed too timid to be a manager but hey that's what her name tag implies. She definitely doesn't demand order around there which this location desperately needed. It was just way too much confusion and chaos when all I wanted was a good tasting pizza in a timely manner but I dint get either.but WAIT! the icing on the cake , was after the little guy came from policing the drink station he pulled his pants up (didn't wash his hands), wiped the sweat from his head with a rag, dropped it off on the side of the cash register and proceeded to assist an employee with placing pepperoni on a pizza NO GLOVES! At that point I'd had it! yes I took my pizza because I didn't feel like causing a scene but I didn't eat it! this place is gross and Marco's should be ashamed of themselves. But One Day Im just Cleaning The Front Of House Like Always I Pulled My Sleeves Up Because Mind You I'm CLEANING UP, Wiping Restroom, Tables, & Sweeping. I love the other location I went to so I figured I’d place an order for pickup since I shop at the Kroger next door anyway. Wow. Talk about ridiculously slow service!! And I have no idea why! They are certainly not understaffed, and for the most part the employees don’t seem to be wasting their time. I placed an order at around 6:20pm for pick up. The latest estimate it would be done was 7:35. I got here at 7:40pm and had to wait in line for 10 minutes, even though only two people were ahead of me. Once I was seen at 7:50, they didn’t have my order ready. At 8pm I asked if they even had my order—an employee suggested that I placed the order at the wrong location—fair question, but 1) don’t assume I’m a dumbass and 2) maybe check that first before a customer waits for over 20 minutes. I told them I had placed my order at the correct location and seconds later they “found” it—this was at 8:05pm. Even though they “found” it, it hadn’t been made yet! It is currently 8:10pm and I’m still waiting for an order I placed nearly two hours ago, which was supposed to be ready for pick up 35 minutes ago. There’s way better pizza in the area! Definitely NOT worth it to waste this much time! Ridiculous. A woman placed an order here around 7:45pm (she was in front of me in line)...she just asked for her card to be refunded.
