Over the past decade that I've been in Atlanta I've had few encounters with medical facilities prior to meeting my wife. However, over the past 3 years we've feequent the Piedmont Hospital for various reasons. The most recent reason was due to the birth of our 1st child. And a few things have been consistent. The medical professionals have been welcoming, knowledgeable, curtious, and patient. While on the other hand the staff at your Panera Bread inside the hospital has been the worst customer service, every single time. Even this morning their lack of desire to take ordrs and interact with customers is noticeable even when simple wuestions are asked. For example, I order to coffees and there wasn't any clear indication on the cups as to with drink was which. So I asked and was given a smart comment. I chose not to engage and asked the other associate and she too seemed to be bother by the question. She responded, "I didnt make it so I wouldn know." It seems like they'd prefer to work in a kitchen with no customer interaction. They need to work in a much different setting. People at a hospital could be dealing with death, horrible diagnosis, and etc. The staff working here should be mindful of this but they aren't and have been getting away with this for months now. At 6am this morning there wasn't anybreason for their attitude, I simply wanted to make sure I could identify each coffee. The 2 employees, who I thought were managers, working this morning don't reflect the expectations that I have of Piedmont nor Panera. I'd like to hear from someone about what was done and...
Read moreI am here today because my father is having open heart surgery. While I am okay, other people may not be okay. I wish that some of these people would remember where they are when they talk to others. The food was fresh. I saw that the price for a half Cobb was like, $7.69....something like that. The name on the receipt says Tyra, but it was a tall guy. He asked me if I wanted a side and I said no. I looked at my receipt and saw that my order came to $9.19. I decide that since it costs almost $10 I may as well get chips. I go to pick up my order and I said, "hey, I originally said I didn't want chips, but I do."The girl handling my order says, "Wow"...turns a 180 and simply puts a bag of chips in the bag and proceeds to tell me, " you can't change your mind once you get back here". And then they all started talking about it as if I had done something wrong, while I was standing right there. It felt really cruel. I did not feel welcome and I will not be coming back. In the middle of Atlanta, there are plenty of places to eat, but I was going for convenience, and now I know that convenience isn't that important. For the other people that have to choose convenience, don't change your mind after you've...
Read moreCame in here a few nights ago while I was at work. I won’t go there anymore. They close at 12. I went in there at about 11:25. The registers were already closed so you had to order from the kiosk, and you can’t use cash at the kiosk. Half of the items said “sold out” when in actuality they 86 the menu items because they already put the stuff away and they clearly didn’t want to make them. The person who I assume was the manager (dark skinned lady with a big missing tooth in the front) is rude, loud, forceful and ghetto. She tried to charge me for extra dressing after I asked for the second one then when I told her I had no problem paying for it, she told me to go order the dressing on the kiosk. Turns out, there is no button to order a side of dressing on the kiosk. They put the soup away claiming they were out, so I had to settle for chips. The tuna sandwich I ordered only had tuna and tomatoes. What happened to the onions, lettuce and everything that is supposed to come on it? Oh, I know! They put it all away and didn’t feel like taking it back out although the store was not closed and still had almost 40 minutes until closing time. I won’t go...
