Starbucks — Restaurant in Atlanta

Very bad service by the manager at Starbucks. I asked for a pup cup with my purchase. The manager said all Starbucks does not give out pup cups anymore. I called another Starbucks they said that’s a lie because they still do with a purchase. I then let the manager know she said well I meant our Starbucks don’t. Then she walked away and started ignoring me. I went to a Kroger manager (Torez) he was very helpful spoke to the manager at Starbucks and then she gave me my pup cup. It took a real manager to talk to a fake manager to do her job wow. It was not called for all of that. They need to be a sign or something since they’re different policies at this Starbucks. I couldn't give 5 stars today due to a customer being allowed to have none service dogs in the Starbucks area! One of the workers came from behind the counter to pet the two(2) dogs! I watched closely to see if he washed his hands and He Did! I've been a pet owner and love dogs, however, this was not the place for them! As I listened, this was not the first time this customer has had his dogs in the store in a Target basket I might add, because the workers seemed to know them by name. Three stars for the person that prepared my order! Please do better for those customers that don't want dogs around their food/drinks or in a basket...

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for two lattes at the Starbucks inside Target, and it took around 30 minutes to receive them. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me were getting their drinks first. What made it even more frustrating was seeing the staff prioritize making drinks for their own team before attending to customers, leaving the front completely unattended. I don’t know if this treatment had anything to do with me being Latina, but it definitely felt unfair and disrespectful. On top of that, the attitude of the staff was unwelcoming and careless. This is not the level of service I expect...
