I was in this subway at 8:00pm on 08/24. I walked to the side door which was locked then to the front where 1 out of the 2 doors was also locked. I’ve never had this happen. Why are doors locked while the business is open? Seems like a fire hazard and safety hazard. Anyway…I told the worker I had a pick up for James (my bfs name) and he told me to grab a tea out of the fridge and a pack of sun chips. I knew my bf also got a drink and chips so I said “I also got a baked lays” I grabbed them too “and I got a 20oz drink” so he turns the bag back around and has to look at the receipt again like I’m lying to him. So he points to the 20oz drink cups which I get. So here’s the real kicker…my bf order COKEACOLA! From the fountain. It was on the app. THEY DONT HAVE IT! Then to make matters worse for about 2 weeks now THE SODA FOUNTAIN isn’t restocked! The Pepsi doesn’t work the Dr Pepper doesn’t work. Does the franchisee know that this location is being run like a scam? Because when I asked for a drink out of the refrigerator because I was unable to get a soda I ordered the worker said this “it’s a price difference” but what’s funny to me is last time I had an issue the workers just let me grab replacements! I took a few seconds to decide if I wanted a verbal fight. I wanted a verbal fight. “I said no this is a convenience issue this is the second time in a few weeks this soda machine hasn’t worked!” And the he pointed to the lemonade and brisk tea! “Those work” well I didn’t order those. “I said I will be contacting customer service and calling corporate” and I meant it. I will get into contact WILL EVERY possible outlet I can to get this resolved even call other subways to inform them of this behavior. I want the the franchisee who makes 10-13% back on their investment to contact me. And to that ignorant worker… I’m extremely upset on how you conduct business inside your store. And even worse when I got home MY ORDER WAS WRONG! You go back on that camera and see I didn’t want onions on my turkey sub 6” and then watch the fool who made my sandwich put onions on it. The Indian worker was the absolute worst person to be on the front line (he may even be the manager). Either he didn't understand English well, or was hard of hearing. I had to repeat my order several times, while he ignored me to talk to another employee while juggling way too many tasks at one time (including fixing my salad). The restaurant ran out of lettuce, and he didn't offer more additional toppings to compensate for the missing lettuce. Tomato sauce from the order ahead of me got on my salad, and I made him remove it. He proceeded to make another customer's sandwich with hard, stale flatbread and she noticed it, and it was only because she said something that he brought out fresh bread. To top the poor experience, when I arrived home to eat my wimpy salad, inside the bag were two spoons (yes, I said spoons for a salad), and two EXPIRED salad dressings. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I called to get support with a missing item from my order. I was told to speak with management and they’ll refund me. Cool. I call today and was told TWICE a manager was not there and then suddenly they passed the phone to the manager (??) I told the manager my concern and he said he could not refund me and if I placed a new order again he’d include that in my new order. I explained I used a gift card and wasn’t spending my own money again just to get a missing bag of chips and asked for a refund. I currently don’t have transportation and told him this as well but he kept urging me to come into the store to get the chips. Now frustrated, I said the only thing I wanted was a refund since that’s what I was told I’d get!! He then said “call the helpline to provide feedback” and disconnected the call. Are you kidding??
