All my grandmother wanted to do after we visited family in Atlanta was to shop at Rasheeda's store. Rasheeda (our favorite and most beautiful on Love and Hip Hop ATL).

So here's our experience--Kelsey was absolutely terrific, helpful and kind, other than the clothes she was the best thing about the store. Owners mom and other employees were kind of rude and non helpful like asking for additional pieces was a bother although me and my grandmother stated we traveled from Ohio and wanted to visit the Store. I purchased a jacket and my grandmother purchased a cover up. As we were in line, there was a young lady looking very unkept yelling at the entire store full of people about snapping pics without purchase. They had armed security at door to watch for shop lifters and picture stealers...(petty betty)!!! The girl who rung me up kept interrupting me as my grandmother was asking me questions as if we were holding the line up but no one was behind me. "The picture Nazi" ( we named her that-- She was loud and rude. Instead of her going to those individuals who took pictures without purchase (dang, is it THAT serious) she yelled across the store...we all were shocked. This employee didn't even look the part and she looked like she rolled out of bed to come to work. Very unprofessional. We didnt need to know people were doing that...address them, not the entire store...and for that matter, comb your hair (ok, im being petty betty on that one but she looked a mess). I would like to see larger sizes. Women of all sizes spend money and like to look good...that's a billion dollar biz...take head Rasheeda! Last, they rolled up our expensive purchases and packed them into a SMALL gift bag...what expensive boutique does that??? Our items were wrinkled beyond repair once we got to hotel. Our collective total for 2 was $250.

I was so excited to go by and visit Rasheeda's new store because I am one of her fans! I was nervous and very anxious to see it. So after I left Lego Lend Discovery with my children I hurried over to see it. I'm a plus sized girl so I usually don't shop in the more petite size store but I figure I'd still go take a look. I was with a group of my family and the very last to walk in! The feeling was so amazing to just be in a store were lots of celebrities walk in and out of daily! Yesterday on 1/24/2016 I walked in and heard her voice I almost cried I was very shocked and my cousin told me she's here she's here! I was really shaken, nervous and excited all at the same time. So of course like any fan I really wanted a picture with her so I asked if someone could take the photo of me and I would ask everyone knew how badly I wanted that photo! I waited so long to meet this lady and here she was! To make a long story short I spoke to her and she spoke back but when I asked to get a picture her assistance answered me saying "You need to buy something first hunny and then she will take the picture." I was shocked! Looking at me you can see that I can't fit anything in the store and as an a fan I was really hurt that I couldn't receive a picture from a woman I looked up to! I cried with her on the Love and Hip Hop episode when Kirk her husband got the store for her! I was very happy for her and at the same time I was saying to myself from Florida I can't wait to go visit when I move to Georgia! Its ok maybe she was having a rough day and I got to see her and that's all that matters right! I will never go back until I loose weight and can fit her clothes! I feel so fat and ugly.

I have on several occasions supported Pressed in store as well as online. Over time I’ve noticed that the quality of the clothing has declined to a degree but I still tried to support small businesses if I happened to find something that I felt was priced fairly reasonably. The last straw however, was a recent purchase that I made online. When I received the shipment I realized that all the button holes on the dress were still sewn together as well as the inside of the dress was raveling and coming apart. I reached out to the store and informed them that I had received a defective item and was told to ship it back at “my expense” but once the received the defective item that they would reimburse me the shipping fee. Well that NEVER happened. When I called to see when I would receive my shipping refund to my credit card I was then told they didn’t give shipping refunds that it would be used as a “credit” and when they reshipped the replacement item I wouldn’t be charged a shipping fee. WTH!!! What a rip off! I paid initially for shipping when you sent me a DEFECTIVE item, then I had to pay for shipping to send the DEFECTIVE item back to you and then you don’t refund me for that shipping and try to justify it by saying I don’t have to pay for shipping when they send me the replacement item. Long story short, I’ve paid for shipping 3 times and PRESSED for over big time. A reputable company would have not charged me shipping at all seeing that they sent a DEFECTIVE product from the beginning! Lesson learned the hard way.
