China Inn — Restaurant in Atlantic City

The lady who owns or works there is absolutely RUDE!! She has no manner... She needs to learn how to communicate politely. I wanted my food to be delivered. When I was talking to her, she was like,”You come to the lobby to pick your food up, we are not going to go upstairs. What’s the matter?”(with attitude as always) Then I said, I want the food to be delivered at my door and she says,”We are not going upstairs because people are not giving a tips.” So I told her that how pathetic is her to saying that to me. I don’t know who she thinks I was, and obviously I’m not one of those ‘people’ that she is referring to; she shouldn’t assume and talk to her customers that way! Not a chance!!!!!!! First of all, you charge for delivery, it means that service is included. You have to deliver it to my door! Second of all, gratitude is something that people give and you shouldn’t be yelling at people that you don’t even know to tip!!!!! (I always tip people and people like her doesn’t get to teach me! I understand if I always order and don’t tip, but that’s not the case! She assumed that I’m one of those people and spoke to me in that manner!!!!) Finally, this place takes cash only! (Small business & poor quality of service)

Never again order food...

The food is great. However whomever is the person taking orders has absolutely no customer service skills what’s so ever. I wanted to add fantail shrimp to my order. She told me it was $6.55. I stated that the menu says clearly $4.65 She literally argued back and forth about the prices on their menu. Which I order from regularly. . After a good 3 minutes she finally let it go. Even though I had already stated that I didn’t want it anymore prior to her yelling in the phone the price multiple times. Telling me to look at the numbers. Would’ve given 5 stars but next time they should really get someone with better customer service experience to take orders. She is definitely bad for business ! And this menu is from last week so prices couldn’t have changed that fast unless I received a old...

My boyfriend and I ordered food from this restaurant, the worst decision that we have ever made in our lives. he ordered fried chicken wings and pork fried rice and his rice tasted like smoke and I ordered fried chicken and shrimp fried rice. Both orders of chicken wings had feathers on them and my shrimp fried rice. It’s hard for me to explain how it tasted, but the shrimp was soggy. by the time I tried to eat the rice and the chicken after pulling the feathers off of one piece of chicken that I couldn’t get past, I decided to give it to my dog.
