The store at 2919 Atlantic ave. , when googled it said they open at 10 am. This is not the case. They open at noon. The employee was late. I told him about the mistake. He did not apologize. There were two other people who also came in. I left my phone at my granddaughters and needed another option. I had insurance on my phone. He told me insurance was a third party and I had to contact them. He never gave me the information for the insurance company. If I wanted a phone it would be $89.00 I asked him for my account number so I could switch phone service, since he refused to help or give me information to help. I never got my account number. This was very overwhelming because I just lost my job. Jennifer was so patient with me, understanding and took her time to help me. I came a hour before closing and she didn't rush or get impatient.
