Tldr: chicken Parm + noodles and then the mozz app are 🔥, hope you are lucky enough to have your main dinning room reservation to actually be seated there. If they put you in the little side room instead, no performers visit. It's new so service gets some benefit of the doubt, but not with almost killing my friend (allergy) or the abysmal timing. We did dinner here before the show next door. We dressed up a bit crazy (like sequin shirts etc) to get into the sprit of it and gave ourselves 3 hours for dinner and then time at the bar/lounge before the show. Food was really good, service was pretty bad - like bad enough they completely comp'd our friends party who we made reservations at the same time with. The show elements we couldn't see because we were unlucky to be placed in the back room by the kitchen so atmosphere score took a hit. Let's get into the details Food - the chicken Parm was surprisingly amazing, that and especially the added noodles were the sleeper items on the menu. The mozz app is super expensive and super worth every penny. The salads are not worth it, hard pass on $20 for some romaine lettuce. The lamb chop was good, but maybe not as good as I would have expected for the price. The coffee bourbon drink (Black Star) was just alright, and a friend wasn't a fan of their Lemon Drop. Service - we started off great, friends had reserved the same time and the servers gladly sat our party of 4 next to our friends party of 3. From there we were met with one disaster after the next the rest of the night. We had a nut allergy at the party of 3, she talked through it with our server while ordering her dinner then the mozz app for our tables to share. Mozz app came out complete with pistachios!! They made it up by bringing out a new one with no nuts, but now we're worried there's a communication break down. And there was. We asked for water refill and our main server evidently went to fetch the water server who promptly never arrived. Like not over the next 2 hours. Why where we there so long? We my party of 4 completely finished our food before our party of 3 friends even got thier salads. Over an hour after being seated they got it all at the same time. In waiting for them to finish, we ended up not making it to the lounge for a drink or to see the performers in that space. Atmosphere - to be fair the standard things you'd consider atmosphere at a restaurant were all there. But this restaurant has performers, and that's where my poor rating comes from. We were unlucky to get seated in some side room, even tho we had reservations for the main dinning room. We noticed a performance in there through the doorway, but they didn't come to our room. We asked the server who told us "the performers don't come in here." We expressed our frustration at that answer and she said she'd see what she could work out. A while later we had a lobster come wave at us for two seconds after performing in the main dinning room. Then another performer passed out shots to diners for doing headstands and other "dares". That performer still had shots on the tray when leaving the main dining room, completely skipping our side room. To be at $100 per person, service should be impeccable but it was abysmal, much worse than restaurants half the price. There seemed to be a lot of effort and try, but then there was also a near brush with an epi-pen. To us a major part of coming here was to enjoy the performers, but they skip the side room like it doesn't exist. It was unacceptable for our group on many levels, the 3/5 is generous

Almost out of business vibes, skip it. I was under the impression this restaurant was imported from Vegas along with the Hook. Maybe it once was Vegas quality, but it’s not anymore. Everything was fine at first but quickly got weird. The restaurant was completely empty at 7pm except one other couple, the host encouraged us to explore the restaurant after we ordered. It is a very well decorated restaurant. Our server was very friendly and wanted to know about our plans. We did have the Hook booked at 9pm so it was important we get to our show, they said they have a special entrance or something and they’d walk us over, sure great. Our server had so many negative opinions about drinks and food on their menu which was surprising because it’s so small. You have 4 cocktails on menu but you only recommend 2? They were strongly against me ordering the chicken parm despite the only other couple in the restaurant visibly eating it. I can only imagine how they felt if they heard our server saying that. It took forever to get our food, I really don’t understand why there was no one there! My steak arrived, no steak knife. When I asked for one the server looked incredibly bothered, and we saw them cleaning it off when they got it from whenever it came from which took a few minutes. We ordered dessert as it was my partners birthday, they had asked multiple times whose birthday it was and saw the other couple have a birthday celebration. Not for us, then why ask? As we’re moving through the meal it becomes clear we’re running out of time. We remind them we need to go and they seem shocked, and we had to rush to our show. No direction or special entrance. The good, the food did taste good. The people seemed friendly, but the execution was awful. Value? Forget it. My steak was 65$ and while it was good it would not redeem the experience. Especially when I had to ask for a steak knife of questionable cleanliness. L

We went to the show before dinner and loved the whole experience and were cracking up. We went for restaurant week and wanted to try out the restaurant after the show. Whereas the show was great the restaurant was really disappointing.

They gave us our meal half way when we were done our app, then dessert when we were a quarter done our meal and still not fully done our appetizer. So we were very rushed and our three course meal came out all within 10 minutes of each other from start to finish. Our reservation was at 8:30 which is later, but was right after the show ended and they had reservations open till 10. The waitress said the kitchen was trying to close and apologized for things coming so quick but it was still very early and felt rushed and when we were leaving people were still being just seated. They also messaged me before my reservation time seeing if I could come early.

The food itself was also just ok. We got as an appetizer the fried mozzarella. It was very crispy on the outside but hard on the inside and not that soft cheesy type you like to see. My assumption is that they made a mass amount for restaurant week and put them in the fridge pre-made, which cause the cooking times to be off and the inside not to be done. They also overloaded it with lemon zest so you could really only taste lemon and was not a accent garnish like it was designed to be.

We then got the Chicken Parmesan. For the style it was, it was just ok and definitely had better. It does not come with pasta which is fine. But the chicken itself tasted like chicken and waffles on the outside and like Italian chicken Parmesan on the inside. It was interesting but really nothing special here. They were also very light on the sauce and cheese was just sprinkled on top, not large pieces of mozzarella or anything like that.

For desert we got the tiramisu. This was a big disappointment. It tasted like a boxed and cut dessert. Definitely did not taste like restaurant made.

For drinks we got handed only the small drink menu. We had to ask for the bottle wine menu. I assume because they wanted us to eat quickly and not enjoy a whole bottle.

Overall we were very disappointed. We will see if we give it another try when it’s not restaurant week, but we will see. Seeing as the prices are extremely high for the portion sizes you get, I think we will likely pick other places over here, but...

There was at least one aspect of every part of our dining experience that didn't meet or exceed my expectations and I truly am very easy to please. The only thing I absolutely did love was the ambience of Superfrico and I did take pictures of every room! The food was okay but portions are very small and none of it really stood out to me. The price point is high in my opinion so maybe I was expecting too much? I ordered the braised short rib which was delicious, yes. Potato puree was average. My friend ordered the chicken parm and I also thought the chicken parm was just average and honestly a little tough to cut through. And to charge $18 to add pasta?? What! The antipasto salad was shared and again, really just kind of basic. Drinks were okay, I only had a glass of rose, my friend had the Pool Boy. Glass was very tiny but again, we were trying something new. Service was only okay and I try to be understanding when the restaurant is short staffed. Our server was Anthony and he was VERY kind and friendly, however, our menus were never taken off our table after ordering. We didn't have a ton of room for plates throughout our entire dinner. He also asked us if we wanted water, but water was never given to us. My friend ordered a Coca Cola (which $6 is just insanity) and it took quite a bit for that as well. We had arrived at 8:15pm, ordered at approx 8:30pm and food didn't arrive until maybe 9:15pm. There was one waitress who actually was really kind at the end of our dining experience - she was saying she is from New York originally and was so friendly. She was actually just clearing the table next to us but chatted for a few minutes and I loved that. She was great. To be completely honest, I was underwhelmed by my experience. The bill was $145 + tip for 2 people, we really didn't see any acts/entertainment as I thought there would be performers while we ate? Only one man who was balancing wine glasses and bottles in his head (which was really cool, I just expected more entertainers?) It was my best friend's birthday and I just hoped for a better experience. I feel terrible leaving this review but it's all honestly the truth. I am happy that we gave Superfrico a chance, but with all the other great food in AC, I would not return...
