Caesars does not care about employees or College Students. They look at you as an employee number instead of a human. Even when your incident and prove it in court and state agency’s. They rather keep poor management causing the issues rather than get rid of them. Then wonder why they have no employees and everyone is turning away from casinos. Brutal place to work. i wanted to be honest, warn people about my experience working here. Poor management by Bill Fritz and Justine Probert food and Bev manager. It’s a Gordon Ramsey worst nightmares. Statistic show that 84 percent of employees leave because of poor management. Avoid if you’re from STOCKON or any University. No money to be made here unless your high seniority or work 50-60 hours a week. I was a manager in training going through there program. Corporate fired me 1 week before Christmas on the Phone. For something i was not trained on to begin with. They fired me on the a different reason than what i was told. Then say i admitted when I was not allowed to see the evidence or come in person to see whats going on. Caesars employee relations. Who consist of Hilda daily . Director Mike Pompeii who never showed up and he was suppose to. Policy says 2 program officers male and female. I was Discriminated against it was all females. I was not allowed to record or anything. In court no of this would hold up its not fair. The more i tell the truth makes company look worst. Justine Probert mistreats her employees. massive callouts, understaffed, miserable attitudes, and poor performance. She only hires brunettes, next time look around at her staff. Managers are not union so they’re working them 12 hour days sometimes, 50 plus hours a week. On salary managers do not get overtime. Also they use a program called sales force where they can actually steal money from party host. Theres counts. When it’s not a open bar or for certain events. The bartenders are suppose to keep track. Managers need to sign off and enter it in manually for the check. but It gets shady behind closed doors. No one keeps track and they enter in higher counts to create more revenue and add extra money for tip out. It’s fraud the federal trade commission would have a field day when they investigate it. Workers have no protection here and when you try to report and help. I was retaliated against for something i was not aware or trained on. One day Justine Probert flip the switch. She got mad and spiteful. Then lied and got me fired on false allegations. Since Justine is friendly with Mike and Hilda Daily from employee relations. Im not Union. I was discriminated against and it was one sided. I was not allow to tell my side and Hilda said I admitted it with no evidence needed. its one sided here and its ran like 1940s Nazi Germany, full on dictatorship. Employee relations does not investigate or train their employees. They fire people faster than they can hire. They go against their own policies and act upon their personal interest. After the Company mishandle it and fired me. Justine then files a false police report against me that was dismissed. Atlantic county prosecutor actually Apologize to me for how CAESARS mis handle it. The Division of gaming properly investigated it and are letting me keep my license, Unfortunately it’s legal for Caesars and its Managers to do this to non union employees. it happens all the time according to State investigators. we have no worker rights. I learned the hard way why we have UNIONS. Recently I went into HR to file a fair appeal for a hearing. HR Threw it in the trash and threatened to arrest me on camera in front of my witness. Watch out if you’re a Stockton, college student or just looking to work here. It’s brutal and they punish employees and students for managers mistakes. Choose a different job these casinos are empty all week and theres little to no money to be made. I have nothing to loose they already ruined me, all i can do is looked...
Read moreWe saw Clint Black here. We sat in Section 2, Row K, Seats 513 and 514. Our seats were smack in the middle of the theater. We had great seats and could clearly see the entire stage. The chairs were comfortable. Nice leg room. The sound was perfect. Highly recommend seeing a concert in this theater. It is in Caesar's Wild Wild West. We had a little difficulty finding the theater and each employee gave us different directions. The key is it is in the Wild, Wild West and give yourself extra...
Read moreWhat I loved the most is that no matter where you sit in this expansive theater, the view is spectacular! The seats are angled upward so that there's never a head in the way to destroy the experience. It was crowded but there was still enough room to relax and enjoy the show. The sound system was great. No problem hearing what was happening on stage. The show itself was mediocre. Nothing really all that special. Shakakahn must be tired after all these years but I would definitely go back to...
