I had the worst subway experience in my life today around 2pm. The black guy who works there is always rude. But today, it crossed a line. When he saw me, he said "white or wheat?" I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked "what do you mean?" He kept ignoring my question and said "white or wheat?" I asked, "Do you mean you are out of other kinds of bread and that is all you have?" And he looked at me annoyed and repeated "white or wheat?" I said "wheat." And he put only 3 tiny pieces of onion so I asked him, "could you put extra onion?" He said "this is what you get. I am following the guidelines." I said, "so you are saying there is no way I can get a little extra onion?" But he kept repeating the same thing. And then, there was another customer in line and he went to that guy without even letting me know that there is an option to pay extra if I has to pay extra for extra veggies. I don't know how he is still not fired. Worst customer service ever. I will never go to that place again. Seriously, if you are a manager or owner reading this, please do something. Read moreWe stopped two times in the last couple of days due to moving. First time the service was fine and we only stopped for a snack and to take a break-we did not order sandwiches.
Second visit, we ordered sandwiches. While looking at the food, some looked frozen and other food looked old. I started looking around for the food score, which I was a little shocked to see a 99 score from 4/3/24. When we set down to eat, I noticed a girl in the back (employee side) that was not wearing a subway uniform and I really don’t know what she was doing. I don’t believe she was an employee and if she was she did not appear to be working at that time - almost like a friend of the employees was hanging out in the back. She would just walk by a couple of times in the back. Before leaving, my husband went to use the restroom and saw the same girl sitting backwards on the toilet snorting something.
So, leaving a 1 star review, which I feel is too generous. No clue what is going on in the back of the store or if the employees are even washing their hands....
Read moreMy husband ordered online tonight for pickup which was an hour and a half in advance. When I went to pick it up the girl was apologetic because they ran out of meatballs which was fine so we ordered a chicken sub intead. My husband called to tell me that they were making the sandwich but I went ahead and walked in to wait. She asked me if I was here to pick up the online order and I said I was. She said it will be just a minute. Well I kept waiting and waiting and the two girls and the guy that were there kept making everyone else's subs that were walking in the door and kept putting mine on the back burner. They even sent a message to my husbands phone saying the order was ready and it really wasnt ready. I walked out and tried to call them because I wanted to cancel the order but nobody would pick up the phone. So I went back in there and the subs were finally ready but ice cold.
