Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

First visit. We ordered 2 of the Family Meal Deals. The cashier who took our order didn’t know how to run the register at all. She kept calling up employees for help. 10 employees were just standing around doing nothing. We were the only customer at that time. The shift manager eventually helped her & stayed with her. She asked us how we wanted our crust, thin, hand tossed for panned. We agreed on panned pizza. The manager standing there… she told us our total it was 12.00 more for PANNED. What? Why? When I questioned it the manager said it was just more. First off don’t ask a customer if they want panned pizza if it’s NOT included in the family meal deal. She then needed help reringing the family meal deals up. We got hand tossed instead. Not paying an extra 12.00 for Panned. Ridiculous. We get home, the crumbly stuff they roll the crust in is absolutely disgusting. It tore our mouths up! Why even use it? Not the best pizza. Pizza Huts better by far. They forgot to give us our 2 liters that came...

Restraunt seemed cluttered. Seemed like employees were a little confused on what orders went where or what was going on or what to do next. Forgot to give us our pop but I called and had them put it on my account for next time. We got two medium pizzas (they were good) 2 orders of stuffed cheesy bread, 1 with pepperoni (they were really good), an order of garlic knots (they were good) a 2 liter of sprite and the cinnamon desert (so hard and gross we threw it away). The person taking our order wasn't very patient or nice and they weren't real professional but id go back for the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. We spent $42 for all of that, so not too bad, cheaper than Pizza Hut and about the same...

I ordered lunch online and my wife picked it up. We got shorted (4) 20oz drinks and a cup of ranch dipping sauce. We called the store to address the issue and Irving (the so called manager) proceeded to tell me that it was my wife’s fault because SHE didn’t remind them that we had drinks on our order!!! We are the customer, not the employee!! We shouldn’t have to remind you of anything Mr Irving!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I’ve never left a negative review for any business in my life but Mr Irving….YOU DESERVE THIS ONE!!!
