Dunkin' — Restaurant in Auburn

Omg I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts last night June 1. 2016 at 10:30 at night and I went in for me and my sister and brother in law I got us all a small coffee when we went outside I took a sip and my coffee was cold and so was my sisters and her husband's so I went back in and the manager looked at the other girl working there and said you didn't lock the door..well I looked at her and said my coffee is cold and it has to much sugar she looks at me and says I can't help you we are closing and I've been here since 5:30 this morning and I'm going home so she goes to the door opens it for me and says good bye and locks the door ..I've never been treated like this ever ..don't they teach there employees how to treat a customer I will never go back they are rude and don't care what they serve you I think that girl should not work with the public or be manager at that I will be talking to someone higher up then her to make sure she knows what she did was wrong if she is even intelligent enough to comprehend it all..go back to the ghetto That's where you belong ..low life trash that's what you are ...I see that there are a lot of bad reviews about this Dunkin Donuts maybe some one should look into this and do something about it..maybe a new staff .hello how many bad reviews do you need before you do something about it ..cause obviously the staff that work here now are not working out they are really rude they were brought up in a barn they have no manners so why don't you hire someone who actually has experience with the public and stop hiring the ghetto staff..wake up it's time to make...

Im completely disgusted by the workers here ! I have been going here for 2 years multiple times a day with my husband ! Last weeked he went alone a few of workers were out in the parking lot , he drove through around to the window to get his order when the girl working gets a phone call, it was the worker outside and she said ' tell jonathan to hit me up sometime' so as the coffee was handed to him he receives the message "Michelle Elisabeth Libby" is her name . Long story short is they hooked up on Saturday.. Im completely disturbed by the whole situation .. when i went there the next day i spoke with another worker whom i see often she told me herself that she told michelle he was married .. i told her what i knew and 2 hours later I receive threatening messages from this michelle ! Very very unprofessional little girl and will never return to that dunkin location as long as she is working there , i do not want anything done to my food and drinks She can deny to her co workers that nothing happened and claim innocence but here is juat 1 screenshot with messages from her! I've been visiting this location off and on for over 30 years. Like any business, they go through ebbs and flows. The service has been incredibly inconsistent these last few months.

I reached out via X regarding yet another mucked up order and got the standard, "please DM us your deets for assistance" replies. Well, after 2 weeks, no response. They've clearly given up or simply don't give a flying.. . well, you know.

I understand that selections may be limited late in the day, I'm reasonable. The problem is just tell me if you're out of something, don't try to play stupid and pretend you didn't notice and blatantly pass off the wrong thing. This most recent visit, they were out of the chocolate munchkins, again it was 6pm so I said, "no big, what do you have left?" He tells me they only have the glazed and I tell him that'll work.
