I literally just left this restaurant they can't even believe the experience I just had, I don't know who owns this restaurant but I can tell whomever that the four individuals you have running it right now are poorly representing your company, I showed up at about 6:55 the restaurant doesn't open till 7 so I waited until about 7:05 to go up to the drive-thru, meanwhile I noticed customers driving up to the restaurant and leaving 10 maybe 15 customers and I couldn't figure out why, anyways I get to the drive-thru 705 passes 710 and nobody is answering the intercom or anything so I drive around the building see if I can see people inside which I do, I can see three or four individuals just laughing and carrying on sitting on what appear to be counters and stuff just conversating, whatever they were doing it was not opening your store, I tried knocking on the glass but they can't hear me because they are laughing and carrying on amongst themselves which dont get me wrong isn't that big of a deal obviously people working together need to conversate and all that stuff but you would think they'd be trying to open this place up, anyways 720 passes 730 passes finally a female voice just comes over the intercom and says I'm not opening yet I don't have product come back later, lol are you serious, your a fast food chain that serves breakfast, everybody can see you inside doing everything but getting the place ready to open up and your excuses we don't have product come back later LOL, anyways horrible experience, kind of sucks cuz I really like that restaurant but I definitely won't be going...
Read moreWe’re moving to Hartford, Maine soon. This is the nearest location, about 20-25 minutes away. We’re on the way home to NH and wanted to stop through here for lunch on-the-go. Haven’t stopped into any Taco Bell location for a good few months. Went through the drive-they at about 3:15 in the afternoon. No answer for a couple minutes. Waited a couple more and asked if anyone was there, but still no answer. I’ve worked in food service and retail and know with the pandemic, a lot of places have been short-staffed and need help. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. So we parked out front to walk in. The door was locked. Another person was pulling away rather confused. Someone else pulled into the drive-thru, but we didn’t wait to see if they got served or not. I called the phone number, but no answer there either. With no notes of an emergency or short-staffing on the door, I can only assume the employees have locked the door and don’t want to serve anyone. Besides the other lady who had left because the door was locked, there were three other cars in the parking lot. Maybe employees cars? The lights were on inside. But like I said, the doors were locked with no notes. Rather disappointing. We were hungry. Going to stop at the location in Portland. Just wanted to leave this review because if there were in fact employees inside with the doors locked, getting paid to sit there and do nothing, I really don’t think that’s right or fair. Have to work for your money, not get paid to sit around. Like to give the benefit of the doubt to people, but I’m not so sure...
Read moreThe experience at this location was awful! After waiting in line forever, it was finally our turn to order at the drive through window! We had to repeat ourselves numerous times and so did the last taking the order because her headset kept cutting out, and her irritation was VERY clear. She treated us like it was our fault, when all we wanted was to order our food, pay for it, and leave like everyone else. After many corrections to the order, the lady tells us we have to come inside to place the order, and inside is just as packed as the drive through line that we had just sat in for nearly 35 mins, mind you. So we explain that the woman placing the order is handicapped and unable to come inside and that we had already been here 45+ mins (including the time it's taken to place an order. She tells us now that we have to because you can't order party packs at the drive through. Now, if this is true, why is it not posted before the order point so that patrons have the option to select a different menus item or go inside to place there order. So they tell us to come to the window and we did. The lady there was kind and apologized and it did seem genuine. She took our order and had us park on the side to wait for it. 20 mins later she brought us our food. We drove straight home, about a 3-4 min drive maximum. And when we passed out everyones meal, we all were extremely disappointed to find that everything was cold and dry as if it's been sitting in the open for hours already. We spent $75 of hard earned money to be served food that nobody wanted...
