Dunkin' — Restaurant in Auburn

As soon as I sat down I was asked to remove my blind kitten from the store; who was in my arms;

Then the guy who runs the place after having time to run to inform me about the kitten runs in the back and NEVER COMES BACK FOR FIFTEEN TWENTY MIN

The other three people are working the window; 🤷‍♀️ another guy comes up to me depressingly and takes my order forgets whipped cream even though I asked for butter pecan crunch then rolls his eyes a bit when I say he forgot it….

Takes next kids order gives burnt hash browns 🤷‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️ doesn’t forget his whipped cream thankfully… but made us both a sit for like seven or eight drinks to be made for drive threw;

Then the d word from the back comes out takes another woman’s order who is mad about how slow and miserable everyone is Then he takes my daughters order who is 10 the one who he told to leave the store with the kitten, He gets upset she didn’t inform him about a coupon? (Doesn’t fn matter you use it at the end) then gets mad because she also wanted whipped cream,

Cocky miserable disrespectful No friendliness at allllllll Trash is OVERFLOWING inside both trash cans 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️...

I just went to dd and had a huge oder for multiple people with a few coupons. I was told i could only use one coupon per visit. I had to exit the store each time to use just one coupon per order. Then afer i payed for my food and drinks, i got half of my order... waited and have a guy get his order before me which was and shouldve been mine ( i had ordered two bagels plain with plain creamcheese and only got one). When the drivethrough person asked if i was all set i said no im still waiting on a bagel. She didnt believe me went back to look at her screen then to get a bagel. There werent any more. She then proceeded to tell all thats left and the person the second bagel was for couldnt have due to a blueberry allergy si i gave up my bagel and told her ill have a different one instead whih at this point she said so you dont want a bagel. I said no i just gave up MY bagel so this person doesnt get sick or die from what you have left and i PAYED FOR IT. So then she made it and i got no apology for the wait or hassle. Poor...

I am visiting from Aroostook County Maine. I also am a US Army Vet. I have given DD a lot of money over the years for there products! Today in this store I had the worst experience ever. It was 840am October 26, 2025. There is a non-caucasion female employee with her sleeves rolled up to her shoulders, red hair, glasses, and very long fake nails on. She made my coffee wrong. I simply asked for the right sugar in my coffee. On camera she threw my coffee across the room into the trash can aggressively! She then proceeded to talk trash not realizing i could hear her! After I left I came home and called for the store # and corporate #. She proceeded to talk more trash and make threats over the phone. They refuse to give me her name or the number to place a complaint. This is uncalled for, I then called corporate and put in a formal complaint. I also am passing the word out on Facebook, Snapchat, and All VFW in the surrounding area! Us as humans and Veterans do not need...
