I'm not one to want to leave bad reviews but this particular store needs some big changes. I moved across town so I started going to this location. I gave it a month but it hasn't been a very positive experience and I will not be going back.
The store is not very clean and there are always flies. I understand they get pretty bad in summer and can be a little more difficult to manage but when they're landing on the food sitting on the counter and coming out of the mobile order food bags...
The customer service is seriously lacking. They don't acknowledge customers coming in, they barely even look at you. Only one of their employees has shown any initiative to be friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name to give him a shoutout. He was a younger man working the drive-through but came over to mobile orders to check on me because I had been standing there for a while waiting.
I can't even say the drinks are good. If you pay for extra pumps of something, don't expect to get it. In fact, don't expect to get some of the necessary ingredients to make your drink at all. I ordered a latte and it was one of the worst I've ever had. They either don't know how to make lattes or they were out of an ingredient and just didn't tell me. Either way, I paid $7 for something I can't even drink. I had to go to another store on my way to work to get a good one.
Even though they're both out of my way, I'll probably start going back to the ones on M St. or Harvey. Drinks are much better and the employees don't act like they absolutely...

Out of all the Starbucks I've visited; this is the absolute worst!! On numerous occasions my coffee has tasted disgusting!! When you pay Starbucks prices you expect a perfect latte/coffee!! On January 22, 2018 I returned to work from maternity leave. You can only imagine how important coffee was to me that morning (having only 2 hours of sleep). I ordered a Grande White Chocolate. Unfortunately, I did not taste my coffee until I was on Highway 167 and I almost puked from the taste. I immediately contacted the manager, Candace. She said sometimes the machines are off and thanked me for telling her. She told me she would take care of my order on my next visit. I was frustrated b/c there was not another Starbucks on my route to work that morning but I was satisfied that they would take care of my next order. The next day I visited the store and Candace took care of my drink but not my order!!! Really? I was completely inconvenienced and had to forego coffee my first day back to work (surviving on 2 hours sleep due to having a newborn)!!! FYI Starbucks you did not give me a free drink!!! Read moreI love this Starbucks location!! I have come to this store off and on for multiple years! I have never had a negative or even semi-negative experience while visiting! (which is rare) The employees there are so nice, welcoming and super accommodating every time! It's amazing how every time, no matter HOW LONG in between visits, they always remember me! Christina has been the perfect example of a customer service professional! She always remembers me! After all these years, she's just as great as she's always been! 🙂 She is always friendly, at the same time making sure to make a great cup of coffee! Keisha knew who I was after so so long of not coming in! She also is very friendly and makes the best cup of joe ever!!! It means so much to me that they never forget me or my drink!
