This location is usually fine and totally uneventful when I go in for pizza, but today was the first negative experience I have ever had in any location. I ordered 3 pizzas and a calzone and paid plus tip. My daughter had just woken up from a cat nap on the way there and she tells me she has to pee. There are no signs up specifying no restrooms, so I ask the employee if she can use their restroom. He looks over his shoulder and asks his coworker in the back behind him if there’s a bathroom, which I thought was odd because he knows good and well there’s a bathroom because there legally has to be one provided for staff. The other guy says to him no, and then he tells me himself no and that they don’t have one. I said come on what do you guys do when you have to pee then, and he says they don’t usually have to. I nicely asked them again if she could pee, she’s only 4 and we will be clean and quick and the guy from the back comes and says there is a bathroom but she can’t use it because the last time he let someone use it he got written up and he can’t afford to get written up again. I said would you rather her risk an accident and end up peeing on your floor and he shrugs his shoulders at me. The guy that took our order said maybe you can walk up the block and find a business that will let you use their restroom. At this point I was boiling inside and I grabbed my pizzas that were made already off the counter and headed to the door to leave when the guy yells to me that they aren’t done making my calzone yet. Seriously!?! I reminded him that I have a young child that has to pee NOW and I walked out. Do their brains work at all????? What kind of heartless individuals deny a little girl who’s mother just bought $60 plus tip worth of pizza btw, access to the bathroom??? These guys critical thinking is seriously lacking to deny a young child and a paying customer bathroom access. You both should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and I pray neither of you have children and find yourself at the mercy of someone who would treat your child this way. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Beware of this location parents. Zero compassion or respect. Oh and the guy who rang me up was named Luke, it was on the receipt. I was too upset to worry about getting the...
Read more30 minutes after I was supposed to get my pizza I asked about the guy who had gone running out the door 25 minutes earlier and was wondering where he was going because he said he was getting sausage as she was finally making my pizza. She stopped and then asked if I would like a substitute for the sausage that he was going to get. What was she going to make me if I hadn’t asked her about the guy going to get the sausage? I told her I would like a refund but as she fumbled around with the register and calling people on the phone asking for help. She finally told me that she couldn’t refund me and I would just have to leave without my money or my pizza and come back another day. I waited a few more minutes and the guy came back with the sausage so I followed him in and asked them to make my pizza. The guy started making my pizza and sprinkled such a small amount of sausage on it that it could no longer be seen after putting the cheese on it let alone the very few pieces of pepperoni that I could see then he completely covered all of that with mushrooms while piling a majority of them on one side of the pizza and then dousing my pizza with jalapeños as if he was trying to completely ruin it. Then he added the olives which majority of them were on one side of the pizza and leaving other areas without. I will never return to this specific Papa Murphy’s as long as I live and I was going to give the poor girl a $20 tip for herself because she was so busy and the guy had left her, but I just can’t find it in myself to let it go The whole experience left me pissed not to mention today is my birthday. So 40 minutes after I was supposed to get my pizza I went home, rearrange the ingredients and pulled off a Handful of jalapeños. With one minute left in the oven I’m leaving this review.
I started eating it and I’m so extremely disappointed. Instead of a cowboy with jalapeños, it’s basically a vegetarian...
Read moreI had the worst experience at a business at this Papa Murphy's!! I ordered two pizzas over the phone, got there shortly after the 15 min they said it would take to be done, and paid for one pizza. My brother was going to pay for the other pizza, so the lady at the register tried to "split the order" but was unable. I quietly stepped back as she motioned for who I think was her manager, and after they messed around on the register for about 2 min they said they couldn't do it. They didn't have an alternative option for me or anything to even say besides "sorry, we can't do it." So I advised them to cancel the order and start a new one, to me that sounded most logical. They said they couldn't do that either because it would mess up the inventory (but the pizzas were made so wouldn't that mess up inventory??). At this point I had had enough and I respectfully told em I would just go to a different location, obviously they didn't want my business and I felt extremely disrespected, and I caught a huge racist vibe as well (i'm of brown complexion). But when we got in the car my brother reminded me that I had swiped my card. I called my card and yes the transaction at Papa Murphy's went thru. I went inside and let em know what happened, they said they voided the order so the transaction "should be reversed", so I said ok then give me a receipt, and of course they said that wasn't possible either. I called the Papa Murphys down the street to see if they could help with the situation, and of course they couldn't. I've never experienced anything this stressful at a business in my entire life. No more Papa Murphy's for us that's for sure!!
P.S how do I...
