The Meltdown — Restaurant in Auburn

Stole our money!!!!!! Ordered food online. Ordered two sandwich meals and mini, Three orders of fries and the dessert cheesecake smash thing. The cheesecake wasn't even put together. it was two slices of dessert bread with a slice of cheesecake on top. No strawberries. My one order was supposed to have fruit but had fries. They completely didn't add the other three sides of french fries. And to top it off the cheese on all the sandwiches wasn't even melted. This is supposed to be a grilled cheese joint. They do not do refunds. Even if you bring the food in, you don't get refunds but they can give you a gift card. Get there and refuse gift card, refuse refund. The only option is to remake the food. At this time my children are asleep. No need for all the food. We don't live in the area. And to top it off. This place is Denny's!!!! Rip off. Ambers ego is so big that she is hiding in the back of the kitchen saying that she's busy and refuses to solve the situation. She said that they definitely don't do refunds. But they could take down our name and number and ask the general manager tomorrow. But she definitely doesn't do refunds either. Poor service. Poor quality of food. This place and DoorDash are jokes. They supposedly gave my order to the wrong driver. The actual driver that came to pick up my order had to call me to tell me they cancelled my order. Called DoorDash and was told they could only give me a refund because this place would not redeliver, leaving my family hungry and having to make other plans for dinner. I placed an order through DoorDash, the cooks didn’t read the ticket, made my food incorrectly. When I called DoorDash, it’s the restaurant’s responsibility; when I call the restaurant it’s not their fault, but they’ll remake it if I come pick it up or I can contact DoorDash to see if they’ll send a delivery driver, for which I would have to pay additional for.
