I'm not happy what did I pay for if I still had to go somewhere else after we left here. This is what happened on tonight of all nights my brothers 40th birthday. Of course I had to write a review. Everyone was highly upset what did I pay for and what deals were given and actually made. There wasnt enough food or drinks. So its 3:30am were driving up to Jack in the box...its 4 adults in the car. We. Ordered 4 things from the meau and the cashier says that there drink machine is down and were like okay so can we get extra French fries since there's no drinks. He tells us sure okay then we get to the window and pay and he gives me two French fries that he made larges and didn't charge us for the up grade and how is the 2 larges a deal when we ordered 4? Okay but we didn't even get the 4 fries that came with the meal. First meal $32.00 Then we decided to go back around and ordered another $38.00 he rushed us to order he kept saying after everything I said is that it...is that it cutting me off while I'm talking I should have left then but my family was still ordering..then after we ordered and returned to the window. I see him fixing drinks for the car ahead of us. When we pull up to the window then he looks over at me like hes shocked that were back and then he says after one car went through. now the drink machine is running and he says the first time I rung your order up separately because the drink machine wasn't working and now its working. so i tell him since we didnt get our French fries from the first order can we just get sprites and he says sure..i ordered 4 combo meals and walked away without any bacon which I asked about and he said that it was included but still wasnt there when we got home. There wasn't any salad dressing after he said that he placed extra in the bag. He didn't even give me anything but 2 drinks after I added 4 which I said something about and he stated come on I gave u a deal. What deal? I have 12 people in my household and it's expensive for us to eat out. we usually spend almost $100.00 to $145.00 just about every time we eat here. This happens alot I guess 4 combo meals and a salad is to hard to get right. I'm just glad that this last meal is the cheapest ive ever spent at Jack in the box. I'm so tired of not getting what I ordered correctly its always missing something or somethings always happening when I go there.. Thank you for your food which when its right it is wonderful. Thanks for all the times you got it right and the billions of times you didn't. Thanks for showing me it's cheaper and easier and alot less hassle free to just eat at home. #just letting you know thats the last of my money u will get. As I was ordering a number four, I was interrupted for her to let me know that there's two different number fours. I just wanted the one in the photo, literally with cheese. Not a problem I repeated it I said just the regular jumbo Jack cheeseburger, as it says on your board. I told her I wanted a small combo with a regular Oreo shake and saw that she put large curly fries and a large shake but she changed the large shake to a regular but not the curly fry. Again, not a problem though I didn't really need the extra food. They were pretty cold anyway even though I ate them right away. Then I go to eat my burger and find out why it has no cheese on it and I'm really unhappy about that after spending almost 13 bucks there. I think maybe you should move that paper that's in the window that tells your workers how to do the drive-thru because they need a reminder. I overlooked the fact that they weren't even particularly that friendly as it suggests they should be... But no cheese on my cheeseburger? Nasty. Plus there was pickle when there wasn't supposed to be but I forgot to repeat that the second time so that's okay too. I'm not about nitpicking but when it happens so often it's frustrating. You guys need to get those cards like McDonald's has for a free...
