Toomer's drugs in a very well known and popular place in the state of Alabama however I had never been. I decided to go since my nephew was recently accepted to Auburn University. I was not disappointed. Firstly it must be said that the service from the employees working the bar is top notch. They were all so incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. They recommend the base lemonade with no flavoring since it was my first visit. It was DELICIOUS and DELIGHTFUL. It far exceeded my expectations for lemonade. I also had a tiger face cookie and it was also great. This place is definitely worth a stop for the great service and lemonade.

The best lemonade in the country is made at this old fashioned soda fountain drugstore! This is a historic landmark in Auburn, located at the famous corner where students toilet-paper the trees after winning football games. Staff is friendly and fast at serving the fresh lemonade and homemade sandwiches, shakes and ice creams. Lots of War Eagle souvenir items! Kyle helped us and he was the most courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional restaurant employee I've ever encountered! If you don't stop here when visiting Auburn you're missing out on a fun experience!

Get the Lemonade. It really is a good as they say. Even if the line is out the door, efficiency borders on Chick-fil-A, so give it a whirl. Aside from that, Toomer's is an institution. Why wouldn't you go in to shop and get some lemonade? They've got sugar-free and all kinds of flavored lemonade. They've got Auburn gear for decent prices. My 15 yo son and I took full advantage. Our only regret? We didn't get a larger size lemonade.

I stopped by Toomer’s Drugs just after closing - missed it by just a few minutes. Inside, I could see 2 or 3 workers cleaning and wrapping up for the night. I offered to pay extra if I could just get 2 limeades. My wife is going through a really tough time and I would do whatever I could to cheer her up. A surprise limeade would go a long way and bring a smile to her face. The Manager came out and greeted me. I told him my story and in spite of the fact that they probably wanted to get home to their families he was good enough to accommodate my request. Sure enough, when I got back to the house with cold beverages from Toomer’s Drugs there were smiles on my wife’s and son’s faces. Thank you for being flexible when you didn’t have to. A server of mine is leaving in just a few weeks to go to Auburn and while I'm sad to see her go I am glad she is moving forward in life. She loves lemonade as much as i do and was talking about how toomer's is the best she has ever had.. Well the other day she came back from a vacation with some of the lemonade and it is by far the greatest lemonade I've ever had outside of my own. It was the perfect balance between tart and sweet. I'll be down from Dayton, TN next Monday to buy a few gallons. I couldn't get enough and sadly had to share what she brought back. I had a small 3 oz ramekin and was taking the smallest sips to savor the moment. It will sure be worth the 400 mile drive and every single penny....
