Wendy's — Restaurant in Auburn

For the most part, a positively typical Wendy's experience. Decent food, decided to go with the $5 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger meal. This is the big Jr Bacon sandwich with two small patties instead of one. Overall, pleased with the sandwich. Again, decent food. The lobby was clean, and more inviting than other locations (I'm looking at you 320th in FW!) What got me puzzled, I mean, really bugged me to the point that I'm sitting here even now thinking about it, was how freaking rude the boy at the front counter was. Really...just rude. I know, it's fast food, I'm not entering in to this agreement with high standards or expectations. I order a # from the menu, you ask me the routine questions, size, side, for here Or to go, I give you payment, etc, etc. But this kid seemed to truly be lacking in any and all basic communication skills, let alone customer service!

So let me start with I was going here almost every other day to grab a salad until the other day the acting manager wanted to argue with me about the price she was charging me more than what I normally pay for my meal I told her it has always been same price and even when I go to the Bonney lake location its the same she insisted I was wrong and coast more so I told her fine I want my receipt she says they will have it for me at next window. So I pulled up and they handed my food and tried rushing me away I said we're is my receipt they then tried saying the machine is broken I said nope I want my receipt they all talked in Spanish with each other then got the manager witch I said wow wears my receipt then she tried pushing me away I said nope again get my receipt at this point the pressure was on her and the line got long, she finally came back with my receipt and I looked at her and said wow why is my receipt says it's cheaper then what you just charged me she went white as a ghost and pulled out her phone and calculated the difference and grabbed me cash to give back, the point is she got cought trying to RIP ME OFF !!! I called coperat office they said they will have the District manager call me 🤣😂 nothing yet so watch out and pay real close attention to your order who knows how many times they have pulled this on people and stole your hard...

Every single time I go here (it’s conveniently located near where I pick my kids up from school) they get my order wrong or forget items. Today I had enough of the discrimination against me and I called to complain and ask for them to make it right or refund me what they didn’t give me and I was told there is no record of my order and that I’m lying about buying food there today. I have my damn receipt, I gave them the order number, my name, everything I paid for, the last 4 of the card used, and the time I was there. I was the only customer there at the exact time I made the purchase. This happens every time I order from them. If you’re not Mexican they treat you with the utmost disrespect. Reporting to the BBB for discrimination and I’m reporting the two Hispanics who were working today that continued to tell me I’m lying when I have a bank statement and a receipt to prove I was there today. And all this could’ve been resolved had they refunded me my $2 or just gave me the damn cookie I paid for. I ordered two $8 salads to get no dressing at all. Usually I would let this go, but as I said this happens EVERY TIME. I’ve given so much money to that stupid location, I will be having to drive further out of my way just to get my kids food now. I hope this place goes out of business and all the racist employees loose their jobs....
