If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Placed an order for 6 pizzas on 7/27/25 around 3pm. Waited the usual 20 mins then drove another 15 mins to the restaurant where I waited an additional HOUR for the food to be ready.. 3 of the pizzas were wrong..

I called in to speak with someone who was very argumentative and couldn't understand that I waited AN ADDITIONAL HOUR for my pizzas to be wrong after I explained the situation to him MULTIPLE TIMES. He then called me out for being rude to him. Well buddy, learn to listen the first 3 times and then maybe I wouldn't be so curt with you as I explain the situation a FOURTH TIME!
I then drive to the restaurant as instructed with all 3 pizzas for my refund, where MEGAN (General Manager) would be awaiting my presence. She was equally as rude as the other guy I initially spoke with and stated I needed to have more patience because I ordered 6 pizzas. I WAITED OVER 1 1/2 HOURS FOR 3 OF THEM TO BE WRONG?!!? DIDN'T I WAIT LONG ENOUGH?!? Regardless of the time, the pizzas were WRONG. Megan refunded me for the 3 pizzas but lacked any and all empathy. She basically made it seem like it's my fault the pizzas were wrong, even though my receipt had all the toppings listed.

Read more11.14.24 I ordered my free emergency pizza. 2 toppings pineapple and beef. What they did was make my order with just pineapple. My hubby, who picked up the order for me, told them it is not the right one. The manager said they do not have any beef, that she can only put pepperoni that comes free with the pizza. My husband asked to add Philly steak, and he would pay the extra, and she refused to. I was told that she and other staff members were arguing with my husband about the pizza. My husband even said we had a right to know if the store was out of a topping. They should have called my wife. The manager said she had no time to call every customer. What a horrible customer service! So they gave me a pizza I didn't want at all! My husband even ordered more pizza, which they made right. But the free pizza they give him they refuse to fix it.
Please, would someone from corporate reach out to this post with a number I can call back. Please, someone should look at the store camera video timeline from 6:27pm 11.14.24 to see how they, along with the manager, behave about a pizza we didn't want.
We always buy from the store and were happy with this store. The reaction today and the treatment my hushand received today was horrible.
During the time they were arguing with my husband, I called the store to speak to the manager. The person who answered put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came on the phone.

But, then when I made an online order for delivery almost 2 weeks later, it was horrible. The so called deal was advertised but it didn't show on the total amount, I was charged a dollar more, ok, not that bad. But, then when the food arrived, an hour and half later, the pizza was ok, but the chicken wings looked and tasted undercooked. First of all the wings were completely swimming in BBQ sauce, cold, rubbery and it looked like a child played with the BBQ sauce bottle and it spilled all over it, the amount was gagging.Then when I called, the girl at the phone was really rude and just passed the phone to a man. He was equally as rude and without even listening to me, kept repeating that the wings are Tyson Precooked Wings and they just reheat them. "You can eat them frozen" he said. I tried to explain that the taste was off, and that I had ordered before from another Domino's and it didn't look like those, as nice as I could. He got upset, interrupted me and said, "We'll send you another order of wings" then quickly added "WHEN WE GET A CHANCE!" and threw the phone down on the receiver.
