Aroma Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Augusta

My husband and I normally go to Dunkin Donuts but this morning we were running a little behind so I decided to stop at the big Apple and come to our surprise there's a coffee shop in there ( it was super early so I didn't even notice the sign if there was one) I got a ice coffee and my husband got a hot coffee it was sOoOo good! In my opinion dunkin coffee is a little harsh unless you put allot of creamer and flavor in it . My husband and I LOVED our Aroma Joe's coffee it was so smooth and I didn't need a million creams and flavor! I also noticed they have a drive through window! And the employees are awesome!! The woman who took my order only charged me for my ice coffee I think she forgot to ring in the hot and when I told the woman she didn't charge me for the hot so when I offered to pay for the rest of my order she told me it's on the house it was there mistake..now if this was Dunkin they would deff charge me for the coffee they for got about. .theres an amazing vibe in there you can tell they work as a team and are professional and respect one another!! I hope this place sticks around because I'm now a regular!! Great work Aroma Joe's you should be proud of...

Customer service here is not priority. We are always given attitude when being handed our drinks for no reason. Same one employee is very rude every time I go here. I used to come to this location almost every day now I avoid it because of poor customer service and super long wait times. Drink quality has gone down hill too. I have been handed rushes the last few times that were not mixed and tasted very watered down. Today I ordered a 32oz rush and the girl handed me a 24oz rush I told her I paid for the larger size and he denied that I payed for it even after I showed her my receipt. She than continued to say that she would give me the larger size on the house even though I did pay for it and showed her the receipt. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I was waiting in line, and as I was waiting the 4 employees were talking about the election. As I got to the counter to place my order the guy running the register said “ look at the statistics, the smart people all voted for Kamala, and all the stupid people voted for trump.” I then just walked away without ordering. That in my opinion was highly highly unprofessional. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I’m not upset they were rooting for Kamala, but being called stupid because I voted for trump is something I won’t put up with. So congratulations, you’ve earned my first ever one star review. I do not want this kid to lose his job or anything, cuz kudos to him for wanting to work.
