Starbucks — Restaurant in Augusta

Hubby ordered me coffee since my normal place was backed up. He ordered through DoorDash. When our dasher got there and waited for about 20 minutes, they finally told her that the order for me had already been picked up. I tried to call the store, it just rang. I called a 2nd time and got someone and they told me that the dasher would have to contact DoorDash so DoorDash could tell them to remake it, but they refused to make it again otherwise. Funny how this location makes a fuss about this whole situation - but North Augusta, Peach Orchard, Wrightsboro Rd locations don't bat an eye! My dasher was there WAITING for my order, WHY WOULD IT ALREADY BE PICKED UP IF SHE IS THERE WAITING?! I don't see 2 dashers being sent, and I should have had it by 8:30, yet here it is 8:56 and still no coffee! Therefor it wasn't picked up for me! I won't bother going to this location or ordering from this location again, i don't care if it is the last location on earth. I will...

I sent a friend in this location to order me a drink. He had to use the restroom first and wash his hands. He noticed there were codes on the restroom doors and asked the staff member for the code. She begins to tell him he must be a customer to use the restroom. He told her he did want to order but he really needed to use the restroom first. We are adults!! She then starts questioning him several times asking him if he’s lying and is he sure he’s not lying to her?!! Then ends up giving up the code. Then he orders himself a piece of cake and my drink. He asks her if she could heat the cake slightly. She tells him no because the icing may run off. We have never encountered such a rude and nasty barista and this was very unbecoming. I’m sure if he were in a suit and tie the questions about whether or not he was a customer wouldn’t have happened!! He works outside and had on boots and outdoor gear so I guess he didn’t fit the part!! Never coming back to...

This location by far has the worst tasting drinks of all the Starbucks in town. I’ve stopped going to this location and instead traveling to north Augusta to get my drinks. Don’t ever purchase an iced brown sugar shaken espresso because it seems no one at this location has been trained to make them properly.

I made the mistake of ordering DoorDash and it came from this location. The drink was way darker than they are from other locations and not filled to the top. It tasted horrible like the person who made it didn’t even try. I had to add things to it at home to make it tolerable.
