I wish I could give 0 stars What an absolute irritating experience… Pulled into the drive thru at 9:20ish today because online it says open til 11 sat in the line for 20 minutes to be told that their system was down and was only taking pickup orders by this time its 9:40ish and I didn’t feel like driving anywhere else so i made a pickup order real quick and went back through the drive thru waited for someone to say something it’s 9:44 ( said my order would be done by 9:53) now and I tell them I had a pick up order and they say I will have to contact the person who the order was for (me) and tell them they don’t have anything for what I ordered. Also that I would have to contact the order service they use for pickup orders for a refund(they use olo and they don’t do the refunds unless they absolutely have to it says I have to get a refund from the restaurant but according to the lady with a complete attitude said they don’t ) but I say okay as if this isn’t irritating enough I pull around to the window because I am a bit confused on what she meant… with an attitude she says it is a delivery and they have no control on refunds she kept say it’s a delivery service like I get it girl …gave me the most vague answer ever and it was completely wrong said it should be in the email I got and it definitely wasn’t. I understand she may have not known how to get a refund from olo but that is all she had to say she really seemed to just try and get rid of me and in a rude way. So now unfortunately I have to go back up there tomorrow and figure out how to get my refund but needless to say after tomorrow I will NOT be going back...
Read moreMy family and I went here lastnight my only main complaint is when we walked in we heard a worker tell another worker only two napkins per order .. now my mother and I was just talking about how this location has become so cheap. A person that is paying money for their food should be able to get the proper amount of napkins, ketchup packets , vinegar and their own drinks ! We are paying customers and we paid for this service that comes with condiments and being able to get refills ON OUR OWN without attitudes. The drink machine has been broken before Covid even happened and still not fixed and next to the machine use to have condiments, napkins and whatever else a customer needed. Please get back to that and stop being cheap with customers that are paying full price for their food! I shouldn’t have an employee count out exactly 6 packets of ketchup of 3 meals … speaking of meals my 3 pc fish were so skinny as if the fish was cut in half! COD fish are not skinny … again cheating the customers out of their money ! No need for an auto generated response from the owner. Just need the owner to fix ALL the issues in this review. If you can’t maintain the restaurant with friendly employees and customers being able to get condiments, napkins, drinks etc on their own and quality food then doesn’t sound like this place should be a business anymore. Please get back to how it use to be or shut down. Everything is behind the counter and paying customers should be able to have the full experience from dining in or going through the drive thru. Read moreThis is the absolute worst service I've ever received in my entire life...No exaggeration...We ordered at the window at the drive thru because the speakers aren't working, Two simple orders, that was screwed up at least five times.One order is paid ,we told her together , she rang separately. Then management came I thought ok we have help..it got worse...She refunded the money ,rerang ...and charged $15.00 for White fish meal...(wth) We've been at the window for over 35 minutes now. Manager re rings order finally gets it correct, but adds on someone else's order as well ...🤦 Well we we told to pull over n the food would be brought out..🤦 I need to use the restroom, so I did and figured surely by now it's ready..NOT
Still waiting, another 15 minutes which she had the orders all screwed up ...No shrimp, no baked potato, two corn on cob, No Cole Slaw...She kept opening the containers looking at them as if they had something different in them 20 seconds later. The SHRIMP WERE HARD AND CRISP NO SHRIMP ... HORRIBLE
THE FRIES WERE COLD.IT WAS A MESS. WE WERE THERE at least an hour and a half....And they weren't even busy....They need a whole new STAFF WITH PEOPLE OF SOME SORT OF INTELLIGENCE AND TRAINING...I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO TGERE AGAIN.. THEY ARENT EVEN CAPABLE OF RUNNING THE REGISTER... OBVIOUSLY THE COOKS SUCK AS WELL , BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PUT TGE ORDERS TOGETHER PROPERLY....
