Ordered pizza at 7:20... was still waiting at 8:20, called and offered to come pick pizza up (because the status was out of the oven but waiting for delivery driver), was assured that delivery driver would arrive in 3 mins and would be first on delivery route.
We are 11 blocks from dominos and we didn't receive pizza for another hour. Called back when status changed from "out for delivery" to "waiting" again. Was assured pizza had just left and would be arriving shortly. When it finally arrived at 9, it was cold and clearly not straight from store.
No stickers on boxes to show timestamps. When I called to speak with a manager regarding a refund or some kind of fix, I was given the runaround by first being connected to someone not in store & then disconnected & then by being placed on a 4 minute hold by someone named Jaymon Brown (says he was the manager but also put me on hold before he stated his name) -- he first told me I would have to come to the store for a refund (sketchy) to which I responded "no" and then asked if I had tried putting it in the oven because I said that it was cold when it arrived.
Overall, terrible/unacceptable customer service but also just some sly stuff going on. Someone's not doing their job(s) and no one is paying for it but the customers. I will never order delivery from this...
Read moreIt took a very long time for me to get my pizza but when I called I found out they were short on drivers. That isn't the workers fault, that is management. The delivery guy Russell was great and pizza tasted amazing. It is on higher management for not making sure this store is properly staffed. Not the employees trying their best to complete orders. Also yes I already took a bite in the picture, I was hungry lol
03/28/2021 EDIT: The director of operations Gene Hart reached out to me and explained their situation. He let me know they are owned locally and that they are trying very hard to hire people daily (interviews twice a week, advertising in local paper & Facebook) and the pandemic has made them incredibly busy. I appreciate him reaching out and taking the time to explain this to me and I feel bad for my initial reaction. It did take 1 1/2 hrs for me to get my pizza but I think we all need to be more empathetic (me included) because many of these companies are trying their best in this weird time we live in. I realize that now. Try to be more patient with dominos right now, and if you are going to get pizza try to order it a little earlier than you normally would because there are going to be...

Last week I order pizza(Philly steak), they came late n the pizza was late and it was cold, so my daughter called n they said they will replace with a free pizza, took all my info. So yesterday I called first. They said that they don't see the free pizza n because my daughter like pizza I ended up using my point, then I got a message that my pizza was delivered so I called n I spoke to the manager and he said she pass it but she turned around, wait another 20min n then the "manager n he said his name was chris" then told me that she been calling me n I asked for the number she called, n it was wrong. So he said she's right there.... 15min later I got fed up n just cancel it but they didn't put my points back. So I called and the manager said he'll call me back to tell me what they gonna do about the points and that was 3:30ish n I'm still waiting? Idk if it's a new manager or what but that's messed up, I been buying ther like once or twice a week but now I'm thinking bout going to...
