McDonald's — Restaurant in Augusta

have u ever had a way to smell or taste unclean food and just have that feeling things are unsanitary? foremost peach orchid area always been the hood, indeed they through some clean and new building up to TRY to gentrify the area but they CANT to hood, and minorities will continue to kill and hurt people in this area. This mcdonald's had messed up my money charged more and the food quality is horrible, the hash browns taste like old grease and they over cook them so bad it's a greasy rock that's all you can't taste no fresh potatoes, why do the eggs have dark brown marks instead of all white ? i say this stay away and just try ya luck at the other nasty place across the street which is burger king, and chick filet is a hit or miss they try so hard to be like the other chick filets but u can tell they wanna curse someone out, i'm sorry but i regret moving to this area it does not have nothing on evans and martinez fast food courtesy or cleanliness. by the way i can smell weed on most employees in these peach orchid establishments, it's gonna always stay mediocre...

I ordered two southwest salads,they only fixed one.four people came in behind me then up to six,they all got their food and left and I was still waiting so I asked the cashier could I get refunded the one they didnt make.they acknowledged they only made one.she went in the back i guess and helped.left me standing there no salaf.no money.finally hot fone.fries were discussing greesy and had a bad taste.wow get it together macdonalds you should be use to the rush that happens every day at the same time. Oct 5th we'll nothings changed,look at the size of the meat paddy as opposed to the bun and this is the 12 dollar special,two cheese burgers, two10,piece nuggets and two medium fries and it's no longer 12 but 15 dollars.the mustard qnd ketchup you see on them had to be put on at home they were dry .no bang for your buck here on peach orchard...

I don’t even know where to start with this McDonald’s. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous—sometimes you’ll sit in the drive-thru for what feels like forever, only to finally get to the window and still be told to wait. And when you do get your food, half the time the order is wrong. It’s like they don’t even bother to check before handing it over.

The staff seems completely lost and unorganized. Nobody moves with any urgency, and when you try to ask for help, they either ignore you or give you an attitude. Honestly, the only ones who seem to know what they’re doing are the managers, but even then, the problems never get fixed.

If you want cold fries, missing items, and the longest “fast food” experience of your life, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go...
