Let me start by saying, I love Panera Bread. This location however has turned me off from them. I like to order their salads and their broccoli cheddar soup. I have been going to this location for about six months. Within the first two months I noticed the quality of the food start to decrease. One day I decided to switch up and order a Soba Noodle bowl. It was so good until, I found a hair in my food. And it was looonngg. I was easily turned off by this not to mention wonder what else did I eat that was edible. My husband has eaten there with no problem. I checked my salad piece by piece to ensure it was clear of anything other than what I ordered. I know restaurants have their "bad" days so I decided to give them another try but this time stick to what I order. I ordered a Greek salad with Chicken and half way through my salad to my surprise, what was sticking to a bright fresh slice of tomato you ask? ANOTHER HAIR!!! I have wavy black hair, this hair was light brown and straight. I warn you all look at your food if you can before you eat it. ESPECIALLY at this location. I ordered delivery and drove back to show them my hair vs the hair found. They offered to give me another salad but I declined and asked for a refund, in which they did. I feel sick to my stomach. Read moreThe customer service was very poor!!! Will not be returning to this location!!! I didn’t think by doing an online order it would be so bad!!! So I ordered online for pickup I get a text about ten minutes later that the order was waiting in the rapid pick up area…so I walk in go straight back to the rapid pickup nothing there!!! So no big deal I’m think they must still be making it…so I go up to the counter where the works are no one acknowledges me at all so I waited…5 mins pass they called out someone named Cindy and set her bagged food on the counter…no one came to claim it for a min or so….so I’m still standing at the counter and no one is still acknowledging me then the lady named Cindy comes back there and starts standing as well in front of the counter….now when she came back there she was quickly acknowledged and was even asked is your name Cindy…smdh so I waited another 5 mins then I see an employee come from behind the counter with what looks to be my food because I happened to see my last name on the reciept that was attached …he walks it over in front of me now to the rapid pickup area and sets it there…at this point I was upset so I snatched my food up and left …I order a Sandwhich and pizza and the pizza was cold…y’all need to do better because this...
Read moreThe last two times I came here sucked. The second to last I ordered a rapid pick up. Someone had took my order from the shelf. I waited for 15 minutes to get help and have my ordered replaced. The GM told me my order was on the shelf to be shown a different order. He gave me a pastry for the inconvenience. They were being visited by a district manager which had given me a free entree card. Yesterday I tried to redeem the card. I was on hold the first time for 12 minutes. I called back and was on hold for 11 minutes. As I was placing my order I had said I wanted to redeem the card. To just be given attitude. I heard the second employee saying corporate had not been there in a while. (Which it doesn’t matter if the customer had a coupon given by Panera employee.) I don’t understand why it was such an issue.
It’s not like I’m trying to take money from them I just had a coupon. With no help from the phone call I just drove there to place my order. I could feel both employee and person above her were annoyed to void the transaction and accept the card. I felt like such an inconvenience here and I don’t plan on coming back.
