SushiZu Venezuelan Bites Fusion Cuisine — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I mean, they are trying, so for that I'll give 3 stars but for the the execution of the sushi I'll give 2 stars. They are very friendly and kind but the food is no Bueno. It's clean and a casual sushi eating establishment though.

For one, the sushi is too big. I like to eat my sushi with chopsticks and date does too, but she had to eat it with a fork. It's hard to eat, and if it wasn't so expensive ($60 for 2 rolls and 2 glasses of wine) maybe I'd feel differently. I mean....I'm not a fan. It's expensive especially because the sushi isn't high quality. If it was cheaper I might understand "you get what you pay for."

Bottom line: they are trying but the sushi isn't that great. So...it's a no for me.

I recommend you don’t come here for sushi I had the Alaskan rolls with mango. Also tried the fried Alaskan roll. To begin the price was about 15 or 16 dollars per roll which is fine for a special roll but these were literally basic rolls with mango on top. The taste was not bad but you could get the same quality taste at a buffet. The mango was dried mango which didn’t go well with the mix of flavors so I had to take the mango off to eat the rest. On one of the rolls there was a piece of plastic. The fried roll really not much better at all. They have other food options which are probably better but based off the sushi I got I couldn’t possibly recommend it to...

I am a huge sushi lover and been to many sushi restaurants. I love this place as it is a refreshing and unique twist to sushi. If you want sushi with a Latina twist this the place to go. Every time I have gone sushi was amazing. Sushi boat is an amazing deal for a date a night for my wife and me. Also the one time it took longer than normal for sushi arrive the restaurant offered a free desert. I wasn't expecting that because it wasn't even that extra long of a wait. for sushi maybe 30mins for 30 pieces.
