Well it is normally great here. I frequently dine here. Based on most of my other experiences I would tell you this place is good. Tonight however there was only very small pieces of chicken left that they were actually serving to people for some reason. The chicken al pastor looked the same (like they saved the bottom of the container over and over and over until it was enough to fill an entire container and serve if to people) but the tray was more full than the regular chicken so I riaksd it and asked for the al pastor. I'm sitting down now eating it. It is hard in places and it's not good. Normally I could go up and say something about it to the staff but I don't recognize any of the people working tonight. That shouldn't be an issue except as I was asked what I wanted in my bowl for each thing if I asked for only a little I was given a lot. When I didn't ask for only a half of a scoop of only a little of something (like the cheese) I was given hardly any at all. This would of been innocent enough if if weren't for the person getting food behind me, who was the same skin color and spoke the same non English language as the guy who kept skimping me when I wanted the normal amount and giving me a full amount when I asked for a little, said cheese and for him he made sure to give him a large amount of cheese even though he didnt request for a lot or a little. I don't know if this man on the line did this deliberately or if his inner hatred for people of my skin color just caused this to happen unconsciously but I am too hungry and too frustrated to go and try to exchange it or get a refund. Regardless of whatever ignorant feelings you have towards other people you don't know of any color, size, language, intelligence, or any other thing about a person you don't know that makes them appear different to you that causes you to have any sort of judgement, opinion, or any other utterly ignorant thoughts or feelings should be kept completely to yourself and you should pray to God that He might heal you of such a disgusting affliction or if you don't know The One and Only Lord of Lord's maybe you should find a good therapist or find another way to heal that sickness...
Read moreThe worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was the only person in line at approximately 7:30pm. Had to tell the employee what I wanted three times - a carnitas burrito, nothing elaborate. He still managed to forget the carnitas, so I had to remind him before he rolled it up. He told the guy at the register twice what I ordered, because he didn't seem to be paying attention either. I then ordered chips & guac and a large drink. He rang me up and everything seemed right, but he didnt hand me a cup. I asked for a cup, and he said I didn't order a drink. I reminded him I had, and looked at my receipt. They charged me $3.60 for extra chicken - I hadn't ordered extra anything or any chicken at all. When I mentioned this, he acted like he would just give me the drink for free. Then he told me he would charge me a small for a large. When I asked him to refund the charge for extra chicken that I hadn't ordered, or received, he said 'I mean, I gave you the drink and only charged you for a small.' The three guys behind the counter, the one who struggled to make one burrito, the guy who struggled to ring it up, and another guy who was just laughing and chumming it up with them the entire time, was enough to make me just want to leave. When I got home, my chips were so stale it was like trying to eat one of your cups. About halfway through my burrito, I bit into what felt like plastic or a wax paper cup fragment. Par for the course I thought. It turned out to be a bay leaf, but still, any cook/restaurant knows those should be removed before serving. Food was bad and the service was worse. I wouldn't be surprised if the extra chicken charge is some sort of scam they're running since I ordered nothing even remotely close, that or they were all high, or both. If anyone from Chipotle corporate, or local ownership - AAKC Cherry Creek LLC I believe? - happens to see this, this store is...
Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. The staff was extremely rude and my food was not appetizing what so ever. I ordered food online. Said it would be ready at 640pm I left at 650, I live down the street. About 5 minutes. We settled at home first before trying to eat dinner, once I opened the food the guacamole was EXTREMELY BROWN ALMOST BLACK. It was in the container but all over my bowls as well and was not appetizing at all. After hesitation I decided to go back and ask if we could please get fresher bowls with fresh guacamole. The cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE stating the guacamole was oxidized which I totally understand this, but the guacamole was obviously bad. It was almost black with some wet/gooey texture to it. She went on stating “it’s still good you do understand that don’t you” this is when I became very angry and said that either they make me a fresh bowl or give me a refund. The guy who made my order before mentioned he remembered packing my order and that the guacamole was “a little brown but not too brown” They mentioned that the guacamole was brown ALL DAY and everyone was eating it that way. That’s when I asked why the guacamole being served at the moment was fresh and not brown? To end my review yes they gave me a new fresh order with FRESH guacamole after being rude and disrespectful. And if the “brown” guacamole was okay and fresh then why did the freshest guacamole still stay green and it’s been more than 12 hours. What a joke. They did not want to admit to packing orders with extremely brown/black/bad guacamole and decided to be...
