I went to go pickup an order I had placed for my grandmothers birthday. While I placed the order I had not noticed where to indicate a curbside pickup but I knew it was available. I figured I could arrive and call as it tends to not be a problem. I called upon arrival and was told no unless indicated in the comments during order. I told the sales associate that I wasn’t aware that’s what I was suppose to do. I asked if she could make an exception as my child cried in the background. She told me no as they were understand staff. Even though she would’ve done it, if I would have indicated it in the comments during ordering regardless of staffing. This goes without saying the store was completely empty once I entered. I will no longer be spending my money at a business that employs individuals that lack empathy. Even though I enjoy their products a bad experience is enough to not want to spend my hard earned money at an establishment. It won’t even be a consideration as I often buy the minis for my fellow nurses and physicians. I think of the alternative and I would’ve been SO grateful. I was flustered after the 20min drive with my crying baby. In the contrary I have been to other businesses that don’t do curbside but are able to accommodate. That’s the difference between mediocre and...
Read moreI always say there is never an excuse to be rude. I was in a rush and trying to order a Bundt cake through their website. The earliest pick up time available online was 30 minutes out. I called the store directly and spoke with Hannah and she informed me that they do not take orders over the phone. She was extremely polite and trying to be helpful. She mentioned that if I came into the store, they could decorate a cake in about five minutes. I offered to pay over the phone, but she had mentioned again that I would need to visit the store due to their policy. I was already in route hoping they could have this done and available for pick up. Upon arriving at the store, I placed an order for a Bundt cake, however, it took 17 minutes before it was done. When the cake finally arrived, it was decorated beyond what I asked for and in that moment, I realized how rude I was being… just because I was in a rush doesn’t mean that all other priorities cease to apply. I simply want to say thank you. All of you are awesome and the cake is amazing. The Broncos theme was above and beyond when I was expecting. Thank you again! When I saw the cake, it made me smile. Hopefully this review returns the favor and sends a...
Read moreI want to address 2 things about his location:the gluten free cake and the customer service. First, I have Celiacs and get severe reactions/pain from gluten. I was SO nervous about having a cake from a bakery that was not 100% GF. I literally took one small bite and waited 30 minutes. Nothing happened. This was probably the BEST GF cake I've had! It was delicious. They only have one flavor, but it was so nice having the same dessert as everyone else at our party. I didn't have the opportunity to ask them about the precautions they take. But, if you have Celiacs, this place is worth a try.I will definitely go there again. Of course, everyone else at our holiday party absolutely loved their regular cakes. Now, about the customer service. I placed an order for delivery. I waited all day, and the delivery never showed up. When I contacted them, they showed the delivery as being made that morning. I WFH and was there all day getting ready for my family to arrive that night. I called and explained what happened. They immediately got another order ready for me and brought it out to me curbside. That is...
