Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Aurora

I would choose any other dutch brothers than this one. The service is slow, they don't keep the order of the line and allow many customers to cut in front of other customers causing weight times to far exceed 10 plus minutes to just order. If you bring it to their attention that other cars are cutting others off and going out of turn they don't remedy it and simply say the rude customer cutting others off is in the right and that you shouldn't speak up about it. They are very disorganized and scatter brained. After multiple tries with this particular Dutch brothers I will no longer go there. There's one just a mile away and they are amazing. I've never had any problems with other rude customers at the one a mile down the street. At this one I've unfortunately delt with so many rude customers and horrible customer service standing up for the customer in the wrong I just can't justify going here. I'm just not willing to wait 10 plus minutes because they can't get their line rules in order of who was...

Normally I'd always give dutch bros 5 stars.

But they made me really sad with the horchata chai.

It's a strawberry horchata chai. I think they use strawberry milk in it and fill it all the way with a very very small little bit of chai tea, I could not taste the chai tea. It just tasted like strawberry milk on ice. And in turn it also made me sick. Because strawberry -Milk- makes me sick. Personally this is not a review of the place as a whole just this specific beverage.

Dutch bros is always great, but this drink just missed the mark big time and I had a show literally not soon after. So I was running to the bathroom rapidly.

I went to Dutch Bros. I paid first. I was in line 1st and the manager tried to tell me that I was after the car that got there two minutes after I’ve been to this location plenty of times I don’t understand why he was making an issue however when I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. He was extremely rude, I had to go to the window and ask for a manager and apparently he was the manager and said he goes by Carl. I will never go back to this location again due to his rudeness and him using profanity towards me and laughing in my face. He definitely needs more management training I’m definitely taking this...
