I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last weekend for carry out. I had my friend pick it up on their way over. ( DISCLAIMER: The beginning of the issue I will admit Is not completely the restaurants fault. My friend should have checked before leaving). When my friend arrived to my house with the pizza and cheese sticks, I saw that we had not received cheese sticks but bread sticks. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know they had given me the wrong type of bread. Instead of telling I could go back and exchange it, the rude girl that answered told me her manager had said he is the one that made the cheese bread and was positive it was correct so there was nothing they could do for me. I argued with the girl a bit but not once did I yell at her or insult her but when I asked for her name so I could know who is telling me they can’t help me, she hung up on me! I called back even more upset and supposedly the manager answered and he also did not want to give me the girls name however, he gave me his as Dillion. He did try to correct the situation however the replacement I received was poorly made and not only that but I didn’t even want it anymore for fear they would have messed with my food after complaining. I called corporate who was supposed to get back to me this week but I have yet to hear back from them. I preferred Pizza Hut over all the other pizza places even doing carry out since they didn’t deliver for a while but since this particular location is the closest to me, I will have to change chains because I will not go back to that place. Specially not with that girl that has no phone or customer service skills being in the front lines. I saw some other people review bad experiences with a girl as well. After having numerous issues with a basic Pizza Hut delivery and waiting 2 hours for food to be delivered incomplete the first time. I received a pizza from that order with a piece of plastic bag baked into the cheese. I tried contacting the location to complain about the bigger issue due to negligence and safety for their customers. I tried contacting the location itself was hung up on numerous times contacted customer service also hung up on numerous times there was only one person who said she sent an email thank you Kennedy for your help. I've contacted Flynn Restaurant Group their corporate office never received a phone call back. When I spent $74 on Pizza that evening I never thought that the life of my child would be put at risk. Not to mention the fact that I was treated extremely rudely was never given a refund and no one will speak to me at Flynn restaurant group or Pizza Hut. I will make it a point to inform anyone to never buy Pizza Hut pizza I personally will never order Pizza Hut pizza ever again the whole experience has my mind completely blown how can a corporate office and supervisors from their location not care about the negligence of their facility putting children and their customers in danger. Read moreI placed my order online for Curbside Pickup for a 20 minutes pickup. I called the store moment's after to tell them I prefer well done not burnt.
The person who took the call tell me no problem.. I ask how long he said another 20mins. I laughed 😅
I left my house in a 25 minute time span .
I pull up at the store its Pouring Raining plus I have a baby in the car.
On the Main Door it says Text HUT for Curbside Pickup to let them know I am outside and to say what car I am in..
I did that twice . Plus called the office no one pick up .. it reroute the call to Customer Service.
They say they try calling the store also and no answer.
This is now running into 1 hour .. and 20 diff people walk in and collect there orders as I sit in the parking...
No one showed up .
Plus Customer service says it I didn't get the order I can request a refund and also get my Nexr Order FREE.
I wait some more still no one .
I have to go in the store and ask for my order it was just sitting there in the Warmer.
So it been ready and no one took the time out to check and see why the pizza and cinnabon was still there now for more than 1 hour .
This is ridiculous !!!!
Got home and realized that I ordered Grilled Chicken with Pineapple and bell pepper Grilled chicken with Pineapple and Red Onions
It barely had any Chicken on there and it was half Raw in the middle...
