I remember the first time I went to this taco bell. The employees were very well mannered and the atmosphere was welcoming. However a lot has changed since I moved here 3 years ago...
Today when i went to this restaurant the employees were not really paying attention to me, the stock of drinks was empty (only 3 choices), and it felt as if I had to jump through hoops in order to get my food. Today it was a drive thru run, in a place I thought I could trust.
It all started when I tried to order the XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito which is discontinued (not their fault but not happy about). Hearing this I ordered different items and asked for a Mt Dew Baja Blast, which they were out of stock, i asked for Sierra Mist, out of stuck, after this I gave up and just asked what they had. Mt Dew, cherry Pepsi and root beer. Choices I dont mind however when in taco bell you want Baja Blast duh. Okay I'm ranting a bit...
Long story short, I asked for no ice but they filled up my cup so much with ice that I couldnt drink without getting ice through the straw and get a watery flavored soda in less than 10 mins, I asked for two quesaritos only rung one up (not too upset, didnt pay for it but still annoyed). I asked for extra jalapeno sauce on the quesadilla didnt get it (50 cents, not horrible but the premise still stands). I ordered a bag of cinnamon twist and yet again something else that I paid for and didnt happen. When I came up to the window, there was no greeting I had forgotten a soda for one more member back at my house so I asked them to add it, they looked at me as if I had just made their day a living hell for asking for what i wanted.
I am not pleased and for me this is a never again am i going to come back here. The managers need to do a better job of hiring, i get it its fast food but a simple hi with a smile would be helpful, or heck have the flavors for your soda available. Just...
Read moreI was absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service the fact that you are paid more for the night shift doesn't mean you get to work less showes up at 1:25 am and wait at the speaker for two or three minuetes mind you that the person with the com set watched me drive in so the delay was obvious I personally manage my own franchise store and the fact the man on the com set after I ask if they were open he says to me that his systems were down and then I asked the employee that if I called his manager in the morning that he would report to me that the systems were down all night as per what the employee said and miraculously the com man said there all the sudden rebooted in the short time for me to say that sentence I dont know about taco bell but my franchise would never turn away business one minuite before closing let alone 35 Idk what kind of operation your running but you must have a budget for how much money you can make to be turning it away because I inconvenienced you yo actually do your job but I do appreciate the most wonderfully hilarious oldest trick in the book to con ignorant customers to the way a business runs and that the systems are never down your employee quality is and if that was my employee he find himself a new position with the unemployment office where he can get paid to do what he loves nothing absolutely disappointed with any business that would allow this...
Read moreI have never been treated ruder at food service. I understand, food service people are tired, and have to work with annoying customers all day which is hard, but these people were just mean. I don't eat dairy and asked for my food without cheese, and even clarified over mic. I get to the window and it isn't on my receipt, so I ask again at the window while waiting for my food. They say: “ Well we already made them, so do you want them?” I said “No sorry, I don't eat cheese or else I wouldn't care” She gets her manager and he asks me again if I want them. I tell him: “if its too much trouble I can just get a refund, I understand if you are busy.” He sighs at me mid sentence and slams the window on my face. Then they take another 10 minutes (Ive already been there for about 6 or 7 waiting) to make it. The whole time the other 4 employees, including the manager who was mean to me are just goofing off clearly in view of the window.
