Del Taco — Restaurant in Aurora

First off let me start with the customer service was excellent the representative at the cash register did a good job for me and my associate. The big issue is in the food preparation I specifically asked twice please make sure fries are fresh out and hot as the deluxe chili cheese fries is one of my time favorites ever since they first came out. I requested this before and after the order and then added take your time. Not only were the fries served to me really warm the chili wasn't even hot the presentation was not their best work. They had good portion of sour cream but lacking on cheese and tomatoes. Coca-Cola tastes like diet Pepsi and there were no napkins added. I Feel like I wasted $10.25 we were on our lunch break working at the local acme up the street industrial complex and me and my associate went to del taco one because he goes there all the time too it was nostalgia for me cuz I used to live right across the street. I don't have any suggestions other than listen to your customer. You never know whom you're talking to and I take fresh food seriously. Other than that the complex was clean and tidy the staff was professional and busy I just was hoping for a good meal before returning to the complex. Note I also tried calling the facility no one answered and there's no way to get in contact with managers at the facility might want...

I ordered online but was already there when I placed it. They got it done fast and we're very nice. Asked us if we needed anything extra that we did not put on the order as far as sauce napkins ECT. I only mention that because a lot of places these days don't ever ask anymore even when it's something that is a standard add on with what you are ordering. I have been here more then a few times over the coarse of three or four years since I moved to this area and they always have good service and there prices and specials way out weigh Taco Bell. If you go there anymore even the $5 box deal they used to have it's now $11 and that Is literally the special. I remember when spending $20 at Taco Bell was impossible unless you had six people. But me and my boyfriend paid almost $40 for some nachos a taco and a drink and a burrito and taco drink for him it's crazy. I spent $21 yesterday and got ten soft tacos with there taco Tues special we also got 4 of those amazing cheesecake bits. Which these days is a great price. I also love there chicken soft tacos which is the special on Thurs. Tuesday is the beef and I Thursday is chicken for $1.49 each. And again having a nice staff always...

I ordered a double cheeseburger for me and got my daughter two grilled chicken tacos some fries and a drink split the fries later on that night extreme stomach bubbling diarrhea up until maybe 2:00 in the afternoon the next day and I got it around 3:00 the day before I live two blocks up the street from Del Taco I've eaten there three times in the past 4 years and every single time I have stomach problems contact the customer service of course no touch back nobody contacted me back and on the website they pretty much shift the blame to whatever you been eating before they ask you about three times what you eating the last 72 hours I hate Del Taco that's what I ate and it messed up my stomach so you either hire employees who do not wash their hands or your food quality is that bad where every time I've gone there I've had gastric problems and as I told the people online I don't want my money back I just want y'all's food to be better quality so you quit poisoning people with your bacteria but of course no call back no contact back the customer service don't care about that but they got my $16...
