I frequently order at this Starbucks, but on this day, I didn’t have my wallet on me and I wanted a glass of water because I was thirsting very badly. Feeling faint even. I pulled into a parking spot, parked and went in and asked kindly for a cup of ice water. I was told I had to purchase something. Normally, that’s no issue, but I did not bring my wallet and I kindly explained that and ask for an exception. I even showed my Starbucks app history which showed I have purchased three items in the past week from Starbucks. The rep told me no still. I asked to speak to a manager, thinking surely they would have the authority to override such a decision on a one time courtesy basis. I also showed the manager how I frequently purchase items in my srarbucks app. She also said no it was a new policy and I had to at least purchase something. I told her I forgot my wallet and she still said no. To say the least this is very very disappointing. I understand the policy, but I believe there should be exceptions. What has the world came to? Shame on you, Starbucks manager and Starbucks! Make so much money and can’t give out a cup of water when someone tells you there not feeling well and don’t have their...
Read moreThis morning I order 4 drinks as a mobile order and picked them up in the drive-thru, 2 of which had special instructions. The first was a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Latte - no whip, no foam. This is my standard order. I get it frequently. Today, there was NO WHITE CHOCOLATE!!! It was just espresso & steamed milk! I even poured it into another cup thinking maybe it just needed to be stirred, but that was not the case. The second was a White Chocolate Mocha Late with Chai. This drink was only filled only 2/3's of the way up! It also had so much white chocolate that it was not drinkable. I have made 4 attempts to call the store this morning from either my cell or my work land-line unsuccessfully, I keep getting a busy signal. Ever since the new management took over this store, the quality of product and customer service has gone down the drain - which is where my 2 Venti drinks went. In the past, I could always get in touch with the store's manager or assistant manager. They knew me by name, by what I ordered. They would talk to me, ask about my family and job. The new manager does NONE of that. How...
Read moreUsually this location is decent. Staff are typically friendly and the store is clean. Recently I went to grab a couple drinks, a cold brew and a passion fruit iced tea. The staff member running the drive-thru took long pauses between interacting with me so I figured it was a newer person having trouble with the afternoon rush. Got my order in and moved to the window to pick it up and pay. She asked if I had ordered the lemonade I said no and repeated my order. She got flustered and had to have someone come over and correct something on the register. Still not that big of a deal, stuff happens. I get the cold brew and then she hands me a yellow drink, I asked why it was yellow as the iced tea is usually pink. Again, she got flustered and another member came over and said it was lemonade, told them I ordered the tea but it wasn't that big of a deal and took off as a line was starting to build. I get home and turns out instead of just a small error they just flat out gave me some...
