Fazoli's — Restaurant in Aurora

I visited aurora location this evening. The male in the drive through was very rude and unprofessional. It being my first time at the restaurant, I don’t know how it all works. When I pulled into the drive through employee asked what I would like, I asked for a second because I was still undecided. When I was ready to order I started to say my order, I get no response back. So I said hello? He rudely answered wait I am dealing with cars in front of you. He finally asked what I would like. I asked for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli. He said okay, and I asked to make it a meal. Didn’t get a response back so I said ok thank you. The employee continued to say “you’re gonna ask for a meal and not tell me what you want?” And I said well I’m not sure how it all works, he responded with look on the menu, instead of asking what I would like to drink or etc. I continued to say what does the meal come with and he again said to look at the menu. I don’t know about the staff and how it all run here but I know damn well that’s not how you treat a customer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I backed right out the drive through and left. I called the restaurant multiple times to speak to a manager and id be hung up on, or the phone would just ring and ring. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Bad customer service just...

I’d give less than a star if possible !!! Don’t come to this location unless you want to be disappointed and deal with false advertising!!! Let me start out by saying that google says they close at 10pm on Friday nights. But When you get to the drive through they have a sign stating that they stop taking orders at 9pm okay cool right still a bit annoying but oh well right. But I got to the drive thru at 8pm finally got to the speaker at 8:30 when they decided to turn the lights off and tell me I couldn’t order (with a terrible attitude coming from the lady on the other side of the speaker) . So I drove 20 minutes just to come to this location , waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker (btw inside was closed so I had to sit in the drive thru) just to not be able to order anyways and then have them have 4 cars behind me (couldn’t back out) and have to wait another 20 minutes for the car infront of me to get their food . All I wanted was to feed my craving for pasta being 9monthe pregnant but no. I just got to spend over a hour to try to accomplish getting pasta just to have to go to somewhere else and wait some more ! Don’t play yourself. Go somewhere else from the start!! My husband and I happened to be in the area so we decided to see if Fazoli’s was as good as we remembered. We were not disappointed!

We were greeted warmly and promptly by Jodi as soon as we walked in the door. She was genuine and treated us like we were old friends. It immediately made us feel welcome and glad we chose Fazoli’s for dinner.

She took our order and even suggested we add on some cheesecake, although it didn’t take much convincing.

As we were getting our drinks, we noticed she greeted everyone who came through the door like old friends and it shows how much she truly enjoys her job.

The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were in good order.

When they brought our food to the table, they didn’t bring the cheesecake. However, when I inquired about it, they said that they figured we would prefer to wait until we finished our dinner so the cheesecake was as fresh as can be. How very thoughtful!

After we were done eating, my husband went to the counter to grab the cheesecake and Jodi packed us up some extra breadsticks, just in case.

As we left, all of the ladies at the front waved us a sincere goodbye and wished us well.
