Jensen is an extremely rude barrister! I have been here a few times. Jensen took my order which was a skinny vanilla latte and didn't ask for my name. I asked if she needed a name. She said she'll just call out the drink. I thought that was silly because not only is that unusual as many people can have the same drink name and wondered if it was a new strategy at Starbucks until I heard other people's orders being called out by their name. I waited for over 10 mins for my drink, and all the while other folks were being served with their names called. Not drink name but their identifying names (like human beings that they are). I asked her over the counter what's going on with my drink, she said they'll get to me and disregarded me with a look. She didn't apologize or try to find out what was going on. I saw how others who came after me were being served with NAMES CALLED OUT. I was the only dark person there at the time waiting for my drink(is that a factor?) .... just saying and I was just ignored. A guy who came about same time as me got all his order out "a white dude called Jeff". I sat and wondered why my drink wasn't out since Jensen refused to ask for my name like I was nothing. I understand it can be busy or chaotic but to see others have a name to their drink to be called and served and I was being disregarded and Jensen won't even ask for my name says a lot about her. I have been to this Starbucks in the past and this is my first time experiencing this and it's really sad. I hope Jensen gets some training as she's lacking it on many levels. I literally watched others who came after me get their drinks, order with their names called out. It was another barrister who made my drink by the way. She won't even take responsibility assuming something actually happened to my drink. She got other people's name and called it but not mine. I hope Starbucks can train/discipline similar "Jensen's". Plus my drink was half filled. It seems like it was half full, yet I paid for a cup not half a cup. Such a ridiculous scale! Waste of time and money. I have not experienced this is any other Starbucks franchise...
Read moreWent here this morning and was in the drive thru ordered a pumpkin spice Frappuccino with three extra pumps of coffee in it and a tomato mozzarella panini. So they handed me my Frappuccino first and immediately it didn't look right so I tasted it trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and it didn't taste even like a pumpkin spice Frappuccino and it had no pumps of coffee in it and then I had to wait like 4 or 5 minutes longer because they forgot to put in my sandwich to warm it up. So while I was waiting I told the girl that my drink didn't taste good and she did nothing about offering to make a new one or apologize to me for making me wait for my sandwich. So I told her after they handed me my sandwich that I needed a new drink made and she made me pull around to the front and Park make me take my sleeping child out of my car and walk inside. It didn't end there because I had to wait through a long line even to reorder my drink and when I did the girl who was remaking my drink was giving me nasty looks well putting other customers in front of me, she had forgotten about my drink and I saw another person working there trying to figure out whose drink was sitting there not even poured out of the blender so another worker there poured it in a cup and it sat there for another 5 minutes melting away. I finally had to go up again to the register let them know I wasn't going to pay for a melting drink and I told them that I had to be inconvenienced by them and I wanted my money back. Then I had to sit there for another few minutes while the girl at the cash register couldn't figure out how to give me my money back and none of her workers there were even helping her to figure it out. I will never be coming back to this Starbucks because every time I go there they get my order wrong and have to remake it. The workers there are lazy and do not listen to any of their customers orders. They are there to make people's day happy...
Read moreWorst service I've ever had at Starbucks. I work remotely at Starbucks often and have been to many locations around the area and always had a great experience. Recently moved and this location was closest to our new place. I've tried it 4 times now and haven't had a single good experience. Place is clean, but most of the staff is either rude or simply don't care. Drive thru is slightly better. Recently ordered in drive tru and when I took a drink my cold foam was horribly sour and it was clear they used expired milk in the drink and foam. I went inside and waited at the counter for 3 minutes for someone to come to the register. They had 5 people working. The drive thru girl smiled multiple times and told me someone would be with me soon, I could tell she felt bad. Finally a girl came over but instead of looking at me she just stood in front of me unboxing cups. Finally she asked "what do you want?" Without looking at me. I politely told her my drink was sour and I think maybe their milk has expired. She said "so what did you get so they can make a new one?" Never once looked at me. Never once told anyone about the expired milk or showed any interest or concern. No apology. I get the same drink everywhere and this is the only locations I've had multiple cases of it being wrong or tasting bad. They've also overcharged me multiple times for multiple drinks when I've only ordered one. It's been fixed but if it's not at the drive thru then they aren't nice about it. The place is clean that's all I can say...
