Last time I came to this location I ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles , now it was wierd because my boyfriend ordered his food first and wanted me to say my order because he didn’t wanna mess it up . When he ordered the girl was very polite but when I started ordering her attitude immediately changed for example when he order she had a high pitched voice saying oh of course anything else but when I started ordering her high pitched voice went away and rudely kept saying what else what else what else I don’t know if she thought I was trying to be a jealous girlfriend but he just didn’t want to mess my order up so he asked me to order (also we went thru the drive thru). We got to the window and it wasn’t the same girl who took our order so I didn’t say anything. I checked our order to make sure it was right before we left the parking lot and my sandwich had pickles on it. I work in a restaurant and understand mistakes happen so I went inside and told the lady up front my order was wrong and if they could please remake it I don’t like pickles and she sarcastically said oh of course and rolled her eyes took the sandwich back and proceeded to walk up to a female manager. I seen her whispering and as I said I work in the food business I know they were being shady. They both looked at me and the girl took my sandwich back to the sandwich station told the girl over there about it and then she turned around and looked at me as well. I couldn’t see from the counter since the sandwich station was blocked so I walked around to the pickup counter and seen her take the pickles off and wrap up the same sandwich I already had. So when they handed me back my sandwich I unwrapped it and the bread had pickle juice all over it. I’m allergic to pickles so if I didn’t notice I would’ve ended up eating it. I was so upset I left the sandwich there and didn’t even bother asking for a refund I just walked out and went to get food somewhere else. Now if I would’ve eaten that sandwich with the juice still on the bun I would’ve had an allergic reaction and you would’ve had a lawsuit on your hands . The staff and management here is horrible and very unacceptable I’m a manager and to see how the manager let her staff do that was disgusting . It was my first time trying this place as well and just by that experience I’ll NEVER go to this...
Read moreWe've been loyal customers of this Freddy's restaurant from the time it opened, but I think that after the last few visits we're going to have to eat elsewhere. For the past year or so, it's been continuously going downhill, but last night was absolutely horrible.
The food was good, but the entire restaurant was so filthy it made me question whether or not it was safe to eat. The floor of the kitchen, prep area and counter area was covered in trash and spilled food: melted ice cream, french fries, napkins, you name it. The dining room floors were almost as bad. About half the tables had not been wiped down, making it difficult to find a place to sit. The drink area was poorly stocked and I had to ask for small lids. The cleanliness issue has actually been worse during previous visits, but this time it was accompanied by one of the rudest managers I've ever seen.
When we initially got to the counter to order, a young woman asked us if we had asked to speak to a manager. I told her no, that we just wanted to order. I assume someone before us had asked to speak to a manager, but since we had just walked in I have no idea who it was. She just stared at me for a few seconds, so I asked her if I could order. She just continued staring, but indicated yes with her body language, so I placed my family's order. While I was ordering, she kept interrupting me to talk to her employees. She did not apologize, nor did she say thank you, smile or say anything further to me.
Later, when we went back up to the counter to order dessert, she took my order again. She wouldn't look me in the eye, and when she did her demeanor was openly hostile. I noticed that when I was walking away she acted very differently toward the next customers, smiling and being friendly to them, which made it even clearer to me that her poor treatment of me was intentional.
We went to Freddy's last night to celebrate an achievement my son earned in school, but I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed, frustrated and angry. I'm not sure why such a wonderful restaurant has turned into a filthy place where you're treated rudely, but next time I will take the $43 dollars we...
Read moreI'm a big fan of Freddy's. I've been to the ones on Parker Rd, Castle rock, North field and Colorado mills and have had wonderful service with great tasting hamburgers and shakes. But this one is just the one that will always leave a bad taste in my mouth to never return again to this and only this Freddy's. I went inside for my order and I always get Number 1 with onion rings instead of fries, and a shake in-place of the drink. The cashier was a young black lady told me their store doesn't do that and I will have to pay separate and order the number 1 with fries/regular drink then charge for another order of onion rings and a shake. I told them No, I'll just take the fries and drink then. I then asked since my father was with me at the time for the Veteran Discount and he showed them his Veteran ID, she said they also don't take the VA cards or give discounts. Their store is different from all other Freddy's. I believe that for sure! My father and I got treated like we were stupid. We still bought two number 1's, and it took 30-45 mins for the food to come out cold and soggy. The tables were filthy, I went to the restroom to wash my hands before I ate and an employee was in there and just walked out without washing his hands. It just ruined my appetite completely. I made sure to go back and let the manager know that his employee didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom but I was told the manager wasn't in. Just nasty. I'm surprised my father nor I got...
