McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora

I don't even know what to say anymore. I have been here maybe 10-12 times and kept waiting to write a review because I genuinely wanted a positive experience when it comes to the occasional late night indulgence...it has become obvious that experience is not coming.

the last 7 times I have been here: 2x they could not take my order because their "system was down" This happened in about 2 of my earlier experiences also and always makes me question whether to even attempt to visit this store. Alas there are instances when few other options are available. the other 5 visits where I was able to place an order I have placed the EXACT same order I did tonight and yet it has not ONCE been delivered as requested.

The first thing I order is a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. EVERY TIME I request HOT MUSTARD...I have not even once received the correct sauce since I tried it for the 1st time at one of my earliest visits to this store. Generally I end up receiving honey mustard which I do not much care for but can make due with. Today, after once again requesting hot mustard, I received HONEY ...not honey mustard, literal honey.

I also have issues ordering a simple soda water every time I come here. Today they told me to request it at the window because they had no button for it...when I requested it the employee told me I had been charged for a bottled water even though a soda was included with the meal. I dont understand why this has been such an issue as I truly do communicate in a positive, friendly, and clear manner when placing my order.

I am done, might try the store on Mississippi but my faith in this company is...

Every time I go to McDonald’s this one in particular, I like to order my food a certain way sometimes they drive me more which whatever but when I get my order it is always put together really sloppy it’s not like they get paid $10 an hour these people are getting paid $18 an up They should make their food just as they were making their own. When I order my food, a certain way, the price is always different. I have no idea what they’re doing. They can never explain it right but I’m getting really tired of it. I get it fast but that doesn’t mean they’re not capable of putting a hamburger together correctly example, I ordered a Mc double with no onions and big Mac sauce a little bit of big Mac sauce right at the tip of the burger. There wasn’t very much There was still onions in there. Unless management steps up and does something about this, they’re going to continue this. There is plenty of people looking for jobs that want to do their job correctly. It doesn’t matter if this is fast food or not the regional manager at Burger King got a hold of me because I had a complaint about a few of their employees, the situation has definitely got fixed so much props to Burger King upper management regional manager coming from California to take care of this issue fast food employees and managers take no pride in their job however you want to look at it you are getting paid to do a job and do...

The store didn't have it together at all and no phone hmmmmm I just went there, the sign said buy one from this list and pay $1.00 from the other sign. I ordered a double cheese burger with ketchup and extra onions ( it only had ketchup ) I also chose the 6 piece chicken nuggets ( which only had 5 ) small fries and a strawberry milk shake. I paid $13.98¿¿ Why so flipping high of a price¿¿ They need to teach their employees to follow what the signs says or change the signs and they need to teach their employees how to count. The food was awful, chicken nuggets were so dried out ( sitting under the heat lamps) fries were also dried out. Where's the beef, the hamburger patties were immensely thin and not even close to the size of the bun. The double cheese burger they didn't put the extra onions, which they charged me extra which I requested. The meat wasn't on the bottom bun, the meat wasn't stacked to match the other piece of meat and the top part of the bun was halfway on the meat then they didn't even wrap the double cheese burger correctly as half was not wrapped. I was the only person in the drive thru and no one was inside except for the employees. I only enjoyed the shake and my two grandchildren were very upset, we ending up enjoying peanut and preserves. I will not visit this McDonald's ever again. Disgusting food and the employees didn't even care about the quality...
