All I can say is…. Wow. We loved it(!) We were first-timers, and we found this place from Google Maps—we thought, “Great reviews and great pictures?? Let’s go!!” The salmon sashimi *melted* in our mouths. The tuna and red snapper were both EXCELLENT. What a buttery, delicious, satisfying fish experience. Salmon and white tuna rolls did NOT disappoint. Alaska roll was simple and delicious with the creamy avocado and *excellent* salmon. A delightful, simple miso soup and crisp salad! Loveeddddd the dressing. It was gingery without being sour or bitter. Sweet. Like a tame dessert~ Our server was phenomenal and attentive. He checked in on us regularly, and our water never got close to dry. He was friendly with our kiddo and even gave us an extra salad and extra miso soup for her to sip! 🥹🥹 We felt BEYOND welcomed. The atmosphere was FANTASTIC. No loud annoying music. No blaring sports. No flashing lights or distracting signs. The baby loved staring silently at the silent, changing colors of the light strips above us. It was soooo relaxing and wonderful. Amazing. The chicken katsu? Crispy and yet not dry at all!! It was so fresh tasting and juicy, and the whole bento was DELIGHTFUL. The three lunch dishes you see pictured came out to roughly $57 after tax and the included gratuity. Wow! What a treat! This seemed to be a great amount of food for two hungry adults. There is a mandatory 18% gratuity—folks, it is so worth it, and obviously this restaurant has excellent staff, both inside and outside the kitchen. We will absolutely, *absolutely* be back for another special occasion. Premium food for great prices, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. THANK TOU, Mt. Fuji!

I ate here for Valentine's Day and we had a great experience. We came in a little earlier than the normal rush for dinner and we were seated right away. We also had our own table for the hibachi and the chef cooked for only us. It was nice! The chef was funny and kept up good conversation. The food we ordered was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. The soup was just ok, probably wouldn't recommend that to anyone, but the salad, specifically the salad dressing was delicious! For our entrees, we ordered ribeyes, shrimp, and lobster and all of it was great and cooked perfectly! You also get rice ( fried rice is extra and I didn't particularly like that because of the small bits of onion chopped up in it, but if you like onions, it was good) and noodles, like lo mein, which was good, and vegetables (onions, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and also mushrooms), which were also good. For sauces, you get yum yum sauce, which I'm personally not a big fan of, and ginger, which was great! I also asked the chef for teriyaki sauce and that was great too. You get so much food, neither of us was able to even finish all the food! Inside the restaurant is a nice, clean environment. They play nice, newer music and they also have a TV that was playing sports, but not loudly. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

I was looking all over for a place with Chicken Katsu and I've FOUND IT! ✅ Super friendly staff, attentive without being overbearing. Lisa was my main server and she was so nice! ✅ Portions were large! Usually places only give me one Katsu fillet but here they gave me two! ✅ Chicken Katsu came with Miso Soup, small salad, and I felt a little sad I forgot to ask for rice instead of salad but lo and behold they brought rice along with the main course: Chicken Katsu! ✅ They even brought me extra Katsu sauce (because I'm crazy for it and love it on the chicken and rice!) ✅ They offered me more rice after I finished my first bowl?! 🥺 ✅ They offered me MORE rice when I asked for a To-Go box, as well as if I needed any sauce to take home with my leftover Katsu. I'm an anxious, skinny, underweight, partially emaciated little dude, but oh my goodness they made plenty sure I was well fed, with leftovers to spare to take home. 😭💕 Total was $23.50 including the gratuity fee. And I feel like I got my money's worth. I felt like I was being treated like royalty. 10/10 would eat here again. Gotta bring my friends!

This was one of THE most disappointing experiences I had. I called to make a reservation for Yes Valentines Day for my kids and husband and I. We didn’t get seated till almost 40 min after. Once we got seated at 7:10 it took them 20 min just to come over and fill our waters. There were about 5 tables I saw of people in front of us that hadn’t even gotten food yet. We asked our “waitress” how long it was going to be till someone came over. She rudely replied.. well I need to take orders first to see. We weren’t the only ones asking that question. A couple seated next to us asked the same question and also had reservations for Valentines Day. We got up and left. The “waitress” brings over a manger or someone higher than her and they asked for us to please have a seat because someone will be right over to cook for us. 7:40 and we left. This is so unacceptable. I understand it’s a busy Holiday and you might be understaffed but if people make freaking reservations and you’re filled up… don’t take on more people. I will never ever go back here. Did NOT try to food or anything else. And shame on whoever understaffed these people and told them it was ok to just take more and more and more people so they can wait....
