I've been here a few times and really enjoyed the food here; however, I'm not sure if I want to come back again. I was overcharged again on the 1lb Roast Pork & when I got home, the broth was missing for the Wonton & Noodle Soup with Roast Duck.
Last time I ordered the #9 Roast Pork 1lb & I was charged $20. Today I ordered the Roast Pork again & specifically told them 1 pound & they charged me $23. I brought it to their attentions that the Roast Pork 1lb was supposed to be $16.99. They told me, "yes that is the price but, we added more Pork for you so that's why you got charged more."
After I called them out on the price, they rescale the Roast Pork & make sure it was 1lb by taking away the pork & gave me $5 back bc it was supposed to be $17, not $23 for 1lb of Roast Pork.
From my point of view as a customer, I felt like it was sneaky & I felt like I was being taken advantage of when they added more pork even though I requested 1lb of pork.
My advised for other customers is pay attention to the scale & when they are packing your food. Make sure the prices on the menu are being reflected on the receipt.
Overall, I'm just very disappointed on the service, but the food here is really good. I really would like to come back, but I just don't trust them with my money unfortunately. Maybe in the future I might give them the benefit...

I was super excited to try some roast duck rice, the bbq pork, and some ribs, but my girlfriend and I lost our appetites after the first bite. The duck did not taste fresh, and neither did the other dishes we got.
To be fair, the main food warming station looks like a health code violation waiting to happen. I’m an adventurous eater, and would certainly try some intestines one day, but the long tube they had prepared was just basking in a luke warm dish of water. The other warming plates had that layer of coagulation that occurs when things have been sitting out awhile.
Each rice plate was $15-$16 a person and just did not come close to delivering the quality of food you can get anywhere else close...
Read moreThis is a small chinese style BBQ located next to the H-Mart in the Aurora Koreatown area. I've seen it a number of times but only recently stopped in to try the food. As others have noted, the shop is tiny and can't seat more than 6 people, and was even crowded with 2 eating and 2 of us waiting. No large groups here.
Service was prompt and there were english speaking people working the counter (maybe the owners kids?).
Since I was on my own I just tried a basic BBQ pork with rice meal. It took a few minutes for them to prepare and I was really pleased when I opened it up at home. The pork portion was generous, moist, and flavorful. The rice and broccoli were nothing special, but you're not going for that.
Will have to try out the duck and other meats at some point but will happily return for...
