Date of dine in service 3/9/2024. Took my entire family out for a late dinner, not only was my husband coming home from work but we were celebrating his birthday. We arrived at 9:20 p.m. were seated at 9:30 p.m. the server told us about our drinks that they were out of. Then when we ordered our food we ordered salad and he also came back to let us know that the kitchen was out of tomatoes and bread sticks but that more were being made. When we placed our order nothing else was added. The order came out and all of our pastas were not prepared adequately, meaning that the Alfredo Sauce was partially poured onto all our salads. We spoke to the server and asked for extra Alfredo Sauce at least for my husband's pasta which was plain Fettuccine Alfredo with no toppings he said of course then came back and said to us sorry that was the last Alfredo Sauce the kitchen cooked for tonight. We then asked to speak to a Manager "Gee" was her name told her that we were unhappy with the service and why she then said let me look at your order and walked away never to return. Moments later the server came back and asked if we were doing ok so then I said ummm we are kind of waiting on your Manager she left and never came back with a solution. Then he left and came back with the tab. He said it looks like she gave you a discount and removed some items of your tab. My husband then got upset not only for the bad service and Management attention to our complaint but because he didn't get to eat what he wanted. We went to pay and then noticed that the tab was ran originally for the amount charged not for the updated amount. Server then called the Manager once again and we waited around only to hear from her "I don't know why but I can't find your tab or payment!" We were so upset and frustrated with tonight's food and management that my husband said "you know what let it be, I haven't ate and now I need to go home and get something to eat!" I can't believe we went thru this tonight it was supposed to be a nice family dinner celebrating his birthday and it all went wrong. I understand that the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. but we were NOT the only customers that walked thru the door that late and for whatever reason we had the bad luck to go thru such a horrible dinner experience. Feedback a discount is not always the best solution to such a huge and bad mistake and not only that please own up to being the Manager representing the restaurant that night be professional and take care of your customers like they deserve. We go to this location very often at times 2 to 3 times per week. And we usually attend Monday thru Thursday when we know our favorite server is working "Noel!" We would hate to have to...
Read moreMy experience with Olive Garden has been always really nice but during this past couple months when I have tried. I have seen that the food. It's not as fresh as I as I elected to be before. And it takes so much longer for them to prepare the food and I just don't know. Why doesn't you have to take that long to prepare the food? And I hope they kind of do a little bit twist to their menu and get back to taste that I enjoyed before, and hopefully, they bring their prices, little bit down, but that's really? Gonna happen, but that will be really nice as well, and maybe introduce a new menu. That will be really nice as well otherwise it's OK. I have tried a couple of things that I enjoyed, but like I said, things are not fresh and properly cooked before, like our chicken and mushroomswere hard, when we had a chicken Alfredo fettuccine, it wasn't really cooked very well done, so we were dissatisfied with that as we used to be before, so hopefully, they get better at it, and I hope you guys have an experience if you go to Olive Garden. The pastries I had to back home in the Middle East and also I loved their termissue. But it's kind of really expensive for one piece for like around $8.99. So I hope there's just tiny bit bring their price down and give a better quality Also if you're a fan appetizer try spinach artichoke dip that's really great and also they have a 3 cheese dipping sauce that's really. They have a really sweet caring staff that are pretty nice taking care of you and giving really good customer service. Also I forgot to say that had a shrimp Alfredo fettuccine and also the shrimp was not ready cooked as well it was pretty raw and uncooked and really hard so I didn't like that as well so if you guys are cool with that at having your shrimp really. Read moreI wanted to come on here and leave a review for the server Tierra, tonight she had a table that was being extremely rude to her . Unfortunately I was on the side and I couldn’t help but say something to her table. I over heard them talking on the phone with a friend that was coming to the restaurant and as soon as they got off the phone with her they told the server that they had hair in the salad. The server then apologized and said she was so sorry and what could she do and they asked her to remake the salad and she said of course she would. Then after she walked away her table was saying she is so slow in the head and that she didn’t even know her own name and that she was not a good server. I didn’t see no wrong, she corrected the salad and then it seemed as if they were trying to unfortunately get free items due to their friend being on the way. They kept going on with the server and sent her back over 10+ times for separate items at separate times. They received everything that was asked for. I then told my girlfriend that it was extremely rude and I could not sit here comfortably with how they were treating her. They then overheard the conversation and said something to me and my girlfriend and that’s when I told them correction is key but not when correction feels like a physical attack towards the server. The server was disrespected more then I have ever seen and she handled the situation very well. She let the manager know what was going on and even then the table was to busy arguing with us that they couldn’t explain to the manager what was going on. She did an amazing job and she went above and beyond for these guest. I wanted management to know because it seems as if they wanted free items and a free meal and that was all they were trying to get out of her because no matter what she did they were not happy and talked about her the minute she walked away.
